700hp Corvette C6 Z06 on used Pirelli DH slicks. First day there, sadly had to cut the weekend short due to a mechanical failure. I was still learning and shaving lap time when the car had to be parked. Car has a sub 1:30 in it.

I drove a Heavily Modded C6 Z06 and a stock ZL1 1LE at Oregon Raceway Park on the same day. Both cars have the ZL1 1LE's TPC spec Goodyear Supercar 3Rs. Stock ZL1 1LE Manual at the Ridge Motorsports Park. 83deg ambient with very worn oem Goodyear Supercar 3R tires. Got completely blinded by the sun entering T10 and sadly had to lift (unknown if a another car would be at the apex as I was approaching). Otherwise a decent lap - not a PB but it has been a few years since getting laps there. Can't wait to get some colder ambient / better tire laps ...

Solid car, solid performance! My C6Z is similar in power and shoes -- Laguna is my hometown track, but haven't gotten it out there quite yet. I'm eyeballing sub 30's as well! I'm subscribed. :]
lets see sub 30! would be sweet. its hanging there for sure. was quite bummed I couldn't pull it off in this trip
How many days can you get those tires at laguna?
Awesome driving. You really attack the corners with confidence, it is nice to see. How long do your goodyears last when driving like this? Are you using stock pads?
At Laguna I think a set would last a weekend. I'm hard on tires. Yes stock HP1000 pads

Man the speed between turns is really something. Great lines through the track. I was just there black Friday 2023. Love to watch the fast drivers for a ways to lower my lap times, next track day
It is so nice to see another CAMARO on track. What year is your ZL1 1LE? I was at Laguna Seca on Aug 23, Oct 7/8 and Nov 4/5. The best I could do in my 2022 ZL1 1LE M6 was a 1:47. I tried to get an edge by installing the CALLAWAY SC750 upgrade. What hot pressure were you running in your tires? I was running 34# in my GOODYEAR 3R Supercars. I have about 20 track days on my CAMARO since June 2022. I have run it at ThunderHill in addition to Laguna Seca. I missed Sears Point because it was in the shop for 13 weeks with a frozen lifter, etc. So I ran my 99 Firehawk. By the way I found out on CAMARO6 that I am 1 of 179 ZL1 1LE built for 2022. Hope to bump into you on a track in 2024.

138 MPH for the Camaro and the c6 z06 went 130 mph. I guess you were not staying in it as long as you were with the Camaro
Spot on, for the Corvette lap I was still learning my way around the track (and managing the positive wheel spin at 130 over the crest at T1). The car suffered a mech failure early in Day 1 of the trip so it was done - but could certainly trap faster then the Camaro into T1. I was much more comfy by the time the Camaro lap was set (end of my second day ever there). In every other straight the C6 Z gapped the 1LE by several MPH. The camaro is more fun to slide around and send though.

i am at -2.3F and -1.6R, toe spec is 0.1sum toe in front and rear. have fun with the 1LE
