There’s a good chance this isn’t the first video you have watched on UA-cam hoping to find some tips that will help you learn another language. I have seen many videos, but I usually don't get much out of them. So, I created my own list of unique tips that you probably won’t find anywhere else, at least for some of them. They work great for me, and I’m willing to bet that they’ll work for you as well. Learning another language can be very rewarding. It can open your eyes to the history and uniqueness of many of the cultures around the world, and how they interact with each other. It will help you in your travels, your understanding of behavior, and even your mental health. The trick is to make the journey as efficient and fun as possible.
Learn more than just Portuguese, Japanese, English, Polish and Spanish. These tips can work for most languages.

Tokashiki Island, Kerama National Park, Okinawa, Japan

Tokashiki is the biggest island in the Kerama National Park islands. This is a video showing the major locations on the island and some interesting things to do while you are there. It is a wonderful place to visit and has a great, laid back feel, even more than Okinawa. The Kerama Islands are a group of islands located 32 kilometres southwest of Okinawa Island in Japan. Historically, the Keram...

781-1 Hiji, Kunigami, Kunigami District, Okinawa 905-1413, Japan goo.gl/maps/3vp815gHp5ZjjtCU9 Hiji Falls National Park is a well developed hike that is very safe in northern Okinawa, Japan. It costs Yen to hike, but is taken care of and is very beautiful. It's not really easy because of all the stairs, but it's worth it. Most people over 5 or 6 years old shouldn't have too much of a problem wi...

Tamagusuku-420 Tamagusuku, Nanjo, Okinawa 901-0604, Japan. goo.gl/maps/uH1Fqa8eDSE95sw96 This is the Indiana Jones Hike in southern Okinawa. It is about a mile long, and loops around back to the beginning. It's not too difficult, as I carried a 14 month old while filming this, but there are parts that are steep and require you to hold on to ropes to get up and down. There are also caves that yo...

I never heard of any of these beaches. I only went to one, every weekend from 1975-1978 while I was stationed there with the Marines as a Navy Corpsman. I and my roommates were the only ones I ever saw except for one time we had a clinic party there.

Hey! Those beaches with nets... First of all can you swim outside of the nets or is it prohibited? Second how deep can the net go? I mean, if you go to the furthest point of the restricted area, how deep it will be?

I am about to fly to okinawa and i cannot thank you enough. In an era of coockie ccutter advertorials by influencers with fake reactions and click baits you are a breath of fresh air: on point, calm, explanatory and with good arguments for each beach! Thanks❤

You just need to register it on the website and download a drone map app to show you where you can't fly. It's not just over military bases, but anywhere near their flight path as well. Most of the island though is good to go.

Wandered jungles up North too definitely not user friendly. Straight uphill climbing up a creek was tough. Okinawa is all about being outdoors. Generally in the water.

Bolo Point was mind blowing when big waves hit. Maeda Point Cape was favorite dive spot other than north end. Never went to a beach in 18 months. If you walk in wear leather combat boots. Or throw away running shoes! Urchins rocks etc. We did combat boots after a few urchin spikes through sides. Fins over them and snorkel. Snorkeling is epic on Okinawa as is night diving.

When I say north I mean end of the island. Such good diving snorkeling or hanging out.

North was best of the best of the best. The fractured lava was awesome. Beyond that we walked on bottom at 110 feet in sand. Way out.

Hey man, just wanted to drop a quick shout-out for these Okinawa videos (South/Central/North). Came to Naha pretty naively thinking I could easily hop over to those little surrounding islands (Zamami, Yoron), but - reality check - getting there takes forever! You're lucky if you end up with 4 hours of beach time before that last ferry waves goodbye.. I was shocked to be honest, to leave those paradises at 4PM the latest? But hey, totally didn't do my homework there, can't blame anyone else. Anyway - this series of videos turned out to be exactly what i was looking for: it's likely i'll end up heading to some of the ones you highlighted, taking my time, enjoying every sunset... so I thank you again, for the time you spent going there + making the videos - you did saved my trip ✌Hero!

Thank you for watching. I've been busy, but I plan to make more soon. One of them being the best beaches on Okinawa's outlying islands. I'm sorry I didn't finish it before you came, because some of my favorite ones are in this video. But I hope you enjoy the ones you do see.

Are you looking for a paid beach? Because they usually have all that. There are still some that you don't have to pay for that have those things without a safety net. Although it's jellyfish season and I've seen them even get through the nets, so you need to watch either way.

@@worldofokinawa1369 sorry just saw your reply. I don’t know what the benefit is of a paid beach. I’m leaning towards the island in the south Miyajima - thoughts on that?

One of my next videos is going to be the best beaches of Okinawa's outlying islands, and 2 of my top favorites from anywhere in the world (including Hawaii and California) are on Miyakojima! Toguchi beach, and Yonaha beach. Toguchi beach is more for playing (you can walk out for a hundred yards and still have soft sand under your feet), and Yonaha is a little more for relaxing on the beach or windsurfing, and there's a restaurant there too) If I'm ever in a coma, my mind will be at yonaha beach watching the sunset until I wake up. I would also highly recommend waking up early and going to the lighthouse Higashi-Hennazaki to watch the sunrise. It is stunning.@@kerri-annkumar5752

A paid beach just means a resort or hotel owns them. So you will have to either stay there, or pay for parking. It's usually not too much, and they are generally safer with lifeguards and nets to keep the jellyfish away. Usually tattoos are not allowed at those ones, but I've seen plenty. Moon beach is one of my favorite paid beach. If you want to play a bit, then Manza beach is beautiful and has a floating water obstacle course and jet ski's, and other things. They all have showers and usually restaurants close by as well.@@kerri-annkumar5752
