Removing Maverick R Suspension for blasting and powder coating.

We remove all the OEM aluminum finished suspension part so we can sand blast and powder coat. This process requires ball joints and bushings to be removed, and should only be done by professionals. We offer the complete service for $1250 including single stage powder coating.

Looks Awesome! Great job 👍👍 Will you be adding a wiper kit at some point for winter/wet rides? and maybe a rear window:) Also.. Some window net tabs would be great too.. Along with some window nets as well. Stock doors for starters then maybe add some later for aftermarket doors as they come out.. (tmw just released their new doors), 2 door Sizes. Strap type for tabs, or Mesh type in a hinged frame (with a zipper pass thru on mesh ones.. for drive thru dining lol) ..or maybe just Hinge them at the Top so they swing up out of the way:) Your welcome 😁 ..do these ideas get me a Big discount on mine? 😅

I like all besides that you changed the stock headlights they are awesome looking, should have used that money for new springs.
@@johnkaminski646 that was a customer request. I actually like the OEM headlights too. This build did get new springs, they just got installed by the customer

Could you do my Pro R 2 seater with Polaris blue front and rear bumpers and your rock sliders to see what it looks like before I commit to the color.
It’s not quite that accurate. Also a render can take 2-4 hours at least. If you want one it’s around $400

Very nice, but then there's the rough country light bar
They are great lightbar depending on your needs. I don’t feel it’s fair to convince every customer to buy a Baja Designs lightbar. But if they want the best they know that’s it. But for this and many others, they do mostly slow paced trail riding. There isn’t an advantage in that type of terrain. We stick to our honesty value, and don’t sell something to someone they don’t need unless they want it.

They now have an option just like the OEM seats
