This doesn't seem to work on Steam Deck.... I thought that's what the hint was implying, but it was doing nothing so I caved and looked it up.... yeah, for some reason you can't open these doors on Steam Deck. Fucking sucks.

After playing the release version it is a solid 7.5/10. Still a few rough edges but definitely worth the money and your time. :)

I'm not even that old, but Super Mario Land is one of my childhood games. I played it on a Game Boy I got from my parents. It may very well have been part of what inspired my enthusiasm for retro technology.

How in the ever-loving fuck was I supposed to figure this out? Guess I'm just going to use a walkthrough for the rest of the endgame if it's going to be as esoteric as this.

I easily did it by doing ice ability dodging the dash after she unfroze and parrying the follow up move. This strat is easy cause she always dose the same move in both phases after she unfroze, i played the stamina regen, parry timing and faster ice ability relics

i messed up and the enemy won't respawn, i quit to main menu and came back, no enemy and can't get up there to get the chest, do i need to start a new game?
