We are a family living in the USA, headed towards retirement in the Philippines! Our channel will show why we have chosen to move and live abroad. The pros and cons of moving/living in the Philippines as well as showcase the entire process; buying land, building or buying a home, vehicles, AND the incredible travel destinations we encounter as we island hop & explore the more that 7,500 islands of the Philippines.

While in Manila I wanted a taste of home, some good old USDA certified beef. So we tried out this famous steakhouse located in the COD casino and hotel. Here you get my honest review on the dining experience we had....no BS just honest thoughts on food, service and price. Hope you enjoy the vid!

Very shocking lol....for that price I would have expected the steak to be one of the best we've ever had...and like I said...it was just avg for a steakhouse.
@@Bound4Philippines i had the best steak before in greenhills san juan that you can order medium rare or well done with a good price but I do not know if the restaurant is still there.

I suggest that you try out "The Fireplace" in New World Manila If you like steaks. The Dry Aged Rib on the bone is amazing af. Chef from the PH here btw. :)

the price in USD varies depending on the exchange rate but as of right now I would bet you could offer anywhere between 475k and 510k USD and it would sell...IMO
