I never quite got the vibe that Tegan and Turlough behaved towards each other as siblings. I did feel a sisterly bond between Tegan and Nyssa and even Adric as a younger brother. But not Turlough.....

Cute/funny detail that I love--Two almost always uses both hands to give someone a handshake, and Five is the only person to accept with both hands... and then Two only uses one hand to say goodbye to Three. You gotta love the very subtle pettiness of it, plus how sweet it is that Five knows himself so well. XD
