Making a little motorcycle from junk
I really wanted a bike with full suspension so I made one. I used a tagalong kids' bike and some other parts I had laying around to complete this build. It was frustrating at times but rewarding. I hope you enjoy the video.

I put a motor on this bike my grandpa left me a couple years ago or maybe one year ago not sure. Haven't taken it out in a while, wasn't starting so I unclogged the mainjet and it rose from the dead. My friends and I have ridden this thing a lot, it's broken down many times but always comes back better than before. Running on Fumes

In an attempt to prove the power of my engine, I ran out of gas as soon as I had it warmed up. New camera, still getting used to editing 360 footage so I'm sorry if it makes you nauseous, definitely made me nauseous while editing. Froze my face. New video coming soon with a full tank of gas, stay tuned. runningdunning.com getitrunninggdunning@gmail.com

How to Calculate Tuned length of Expansion Chamber Easy

Not an expert, just sharing some knowledge I've cobbled together from multiple sources online.
How to Convert speed to RPM on motorized bike
Переглядів 1212 роки тому
If you already have your peak RPM, you can also convert it to speed at peak hp using a similar process. Gear ratio is (front sprocket teeth/ back sprocket teeth)x(1/4). Multiply this figure by wheel circumference to get how much distance the back wheel turns per crankshaft rotation. Hopefully this helps.
Stihl Frankenstein Motorized bike tuned expansion chamber made from scrap metal
Переглядів 11 тис.2 роки тому
I filmed how I made a tuned expansion chamber with limited tools and experience. I want to thank all the people who made this information accessible to me through putting it online somewhere. The motor on the bike I made by splicing together a motorized bike bottom end and a Stihl chainsaw cylinder. I am by no means the first to do that and would like to thank the many people before me who pion...
I can't believe that lady asked if your bike was electricl LMFAO What a stupid tit 🤣
Nice work there my friend! Building these 2 strokes is a real blast! The most important thing is that You are having fun trying new things! Keep up good work! And stay safe out there!👍
If you stood up your pieces and ran your weld downhill, much easier to not burn through
Thx for the memory I had group of buddies that would cruise the streets of Chicago with Briggs powered bicycles back in the seventies.
Ok, you showed me! Nice rip bud!
Nice, well let's see them perform. Talks cheap.....show me homie😎
guess your little business selling these 660s didnt work out huh🤣
Why you have beef
Are they sold yet?
What's your website ? IM INTERESTED
I need that combination! Please🙏
What expansion? For it For the ms660
I like
How did you weld it??
I need one of these motors now
It's pronounced still not style, dude get your shit right because when you don't it turns people away making them think your ignorant
I need one
email me getitrunninggdunning@gmail.com
Can I buy one
It’s takes guts to make make something from scratch and put it out there for the world to see but good job bike sounds awesome
This was a super fun video thanks 👍😊
Hey bro i checked your website you don’t ship to Canada ??
send me an email@ getitrunninggdunning@gmail.com I can ship to canada but it's a bit more for shipping
Yeah you'll be hearing from me soon
i already have the Mz65 expansion chamber all i would have to do is change the flange right ?
Too small. 125cc expansion chamber
bros its only 16bucks for shipping im getting one of these
How do you relocate the cilinder studs ?
I think some people just open the stud holes in the cylinder and then use helicolis in the bottom end instead of filling the holes and retaping them. Idk I still haven't built one yet myself but have seen lots of different ways people are doing it. mostly mess with puch mopeds but I'm definitely going to build one of these
Love the work
Jus giver sum paint n she’s good
that square exhaust is cool as hell 😎
Are these for sale 🤔
Where you been man??
I've got a question for you the bottom half of the engine is that literally a standard motorized bicycle engine kit and the cylinder and head is what you're replacing with the chainsaw parts or is the whole motor itself from the chainsaw
Bro..if you would look up at a 460 saw motor vs a 460 mini Frank you would tell the difference in half a second maybe less
Are you seriously selling any of these
Are you sure you did a good job on the build?Im trying to figure out if I want this motor or the minerali, they are both the same price, please email me because I don’t know.
The same price?? A minarelli build is $600-$700. I built a whole saw bicycle for $450.
@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 But is it reliable as a minerli?
@@davidglobak What’s so reliable about a motor seizing from a single pull!?!?!?!?🤣🤣 My saw is untuned and will still pull without a single seize so🤷🏽♂️. With a saw you don’t even have to warm up the motor if you don’t want to. With the minarelli you must or you will seize
I ride my 66cc legally in IL to work all the time, the outer dimensions are the same basically so police are good with it as long as you keep it under 20, I'm thinking your gorgeous little 100 would be to big for the roads :(
What exhaust is sounds good
Keep it up
Where can I get mine balanced
How much and where can I get one
I've been thinking of doing the same thing with mine. I was thinking of getting some copper sheet and riveting it. You did an excellent job on that though! It looks and sounds great.
How much for one of these engines?
check out the website runningdunning.com just added some new options :)
Will you ever restock??
Just updated the website, I'm doing individual orders now. www.runningdunning.com/s/shop
Seen a few clips dudes are hitting 51 mph on phantom just wonder what I hitting at my phantom was hitting 45 stock
What's the top speed you getting on one of them 3 engines
Keep It up mate and it Will come to you ! Did you try on some scrap first to adjust your amps ? And what pressure was your argon set at ?
Cool idea
Why did you weld it bro. Sprockets wear down and become sharp and need replaced at that point. How do you plan to do so lol
Style carburetor 😂😂😂
Vai ficar um pouco mais forte
Looks like Sammy Davis Junior welded that with his feet, but sounds real good man
lol
yo you in chicago ?
yup
is that cylinder the stihl ms660?
yep
