Making a little motorcycle from junk
I really wanted a bike with full suspension so I made one. I used a tagalong kids' bike and some other parts I had laying around to complete this build. It was frustrating at times but rewarding. I hope you enjoy the video.

I put a motor on this bike my grandpa left me a couple years ago or maybe one year ago not sure. Haven't taken it out in a while, wasn't starting so I unclogged the mainjet and it rose from the dead. My friends and I have ridden this thing a lot, it's broken down many times but always comes back better than before. In an attempt to prove the power of my engine, I ran out of gas as soon as I had it warmed up. New camera, still getting used to editing 360 footage so I'm sorry if it makes you nauseous, definitely made me nauseous while editing. Froze my face. New video coming soon with a full tank of gas, stay tuned. runningdunning.com getitrunninggdunning@gmail.com

How to Convert speed to RPM on motorized bike
Переглядів 1212 роки тому
If you already have your peak RPM, you can also convert it to speed at peak hp using a similar process. Gear ratio is (front sprocket teeth/ back sprocket teeth)x(1/4). Multiply this figure by wheel circumference to get how much distance the back wheel turns per crankshaft rotation. Hopefully this helps.
Stihl Frankenstein Motorized bike tuned expansion chamber made from scrap metal
Переглядів 11 тис.2 роки тому
I filmed how I made a tuned expansion chamber with limited tools and experience. I want to thank all the people who made this information accessible to me through putting it online somewhere. The motor on the bike I made by splicing together a motorized bike bottom end and a Stihl chainsaw cylinder. I am by no means the first to do that and would like to thank the many people before me who pion...

    How do you relocate the cilinder studs ?

    • @mikegamba580
      @mikegamba580 Рік тому

      I think some people just open the stud holes in the cylinder and then use helicolis in the bottom end instead of filling the holes and retaping them. Idk I still haven't built one yet myself but have seen lots of different ways people are doing it. mostly mess with puch mopeds but I'm definitely going to build one of these

    I've got a question for you the bottom half of the engine is that literally a standard motorized bicycle engine kit and the cylinder and head is what you're replacing with the chainsaw parts or is the whole motor itself from the chainsaw

    • @justanothermotorizedbikech5138
      @justanothermotorizedbikech5138 2 роки тому

      @@davidglobak What’s so reliable about a motor seizing from a single pull!?!?!?!?🤣🤣 My saw is untuned and will still pull without a single seize so🤷🏽‍♂️. With a saw you don’t even have to warm up the motor if you don’t want to. With the minarelli you must or you will seize
