I am using soapy water spraying onto the leaves for the aphids. I also mist them regularly to keep humidity up. Think the pepper plant brought the aphids in so put it somewhere else and am spraying it as well with soapy water.

trying to get the key limes happy, they are still defoliating right now. water/light issues so have to increase their watering frequency after re-potting.

My key limes are defoliating heavily now though :*-( I think they weren’t getting as much water to the root ball after transplanting to the new containers as they were used to. Had a couple of their citrus split on me after watering. I am having to change my watering regimen to a heavy watering on them every other day now. I will be heavily pruning them once they stop dropping leaves. All the other trees are doing fine though. Just getting tired of cleaning up leaves after they fall every night lol.

@JonFTC oh wow it's good you identified the problem. You could probably root all the cuttings when you prune

@@VirginiaFruitGrower Yeah I want to try and root some of them if possible. Could also use some of it as bud wood. I just don't have a root stock to graft to other than my current tree's. Weather is too cold for me to order plants through shipping currently so I will have to wait awhile before ordering some root stock to air layer and graft too.

@@tdhomestead it seems like so far the one that dropped the most leaves is the one that i let fruit some in the spring/summer. Dropped a dozen or so leaves. I am using some plant food diluted as foliage spray and using the grow light and keeping them all in a more humid area up in my living area.

@@tdhomestead it’s also in bloom and trying to set more fruit. If it drops many more leaves maybe I will pluck some of the flowers off as well as some fruitlets so it goes back to focusing on leaf production.

I have that as well. Finished putting sand over all the soil. Will put the sticky traps in next. The whole top of the container is just sand now. I will show in another video once I finish getting the area I am going to keep them in all set up. :) Got the grow light where I want it just need to add some more reflective material so I can turn the grow light on during the day when I am away to keep the plants happier.

yeah I sprinkle some of the fertilizer in about 2-3 Tablespoons every 2-3 weeks and then water it in.

each of the spoonfuls i'm putting in on this video are like 2 tablespoons

I keep them outside whenever possible. If it gets too cold they come inside.

It happened in littleton, co at bowles and s pierce 8/11/2024 the subaru driver was pulling into the fairways at racoon creek housing subdivision across from clement park. There is construction going on at this intersection, so I wonder if their light was timed wrong or something. The vehicles in front of me almost ran into them when our westbound lights went green. Their light should have gone red for the left hand turn they did.

all of them are putting on new growth right now, and with the temps getting cooler at night they are putting on a new round of flowers too :)

@@driveinstructordrivingscho8233 sure. They pulled up alongside me at the light claiming I cut them off then started trash talking so I rolled up my window and ignored them. I clearly changed lanes in an acceptable manner as shown in the video. The white lines in the road are around 2 car lengths each and gap between them another 2 car lengths.

I get a lot of videos of folks running red lights as well if you want those? I am out of town right now though but I could start posting those too.

It's better not to respond to the ignorance of other drivers. If they percist just contact the Highway patrol. Enjoy your vehicle!

You can use it. I think the white challenger that was dragging it's bumper in 569 FR video rear ended someone up over the hill beyond my view. I was out on a car cruise with a car/motorbike club to buc-ee's in Johnstown Colorado from Sheridan Colorado last night and captured this footage. Time and date stamps are accurate with around a 30 second lag in the real-time. I was driving my 2021 grabber yellow mustang GT northbound on I-25 north of denver between erie and dacono exits when this occured. Driving back around 2 A.M. I saw the vehicle thatw as caught by the median guide wire with a couple law enforcement vehicles there and it was totaled, think either a elxus or the blue evo that sped by me in video 569FR. I can connect my dash cam later and pull the footage from the drive back south on I-25 when I came upon that if you want that footage as well. Just be sure to tag my channel in the compilation video. :) @JonFTC
