I cant express how much i needed this, felt like having a redt at the house of a good friend (with amazing aesthetic taste!) thsnk you emily! I feel you on neurodivergence. My pathway to diagnosis on wales took about 3 years and processing time it's defitely something to bring to them cause i found the same since i was a child. A few yeara ago i had to advocate for myself ibsanely in terms of hormonal health and become a bit kf an expert on thyroid/sex hormones so if i can ever help by sharing my knowledge please always feel free to reach out 🫂❤️

I absolutely loved this video! I just recently lost my mother and I’m chronically ill + life in general can be hard and I’ve been struggling quite bad. I find myself being way too hard on myself and this was such a nice reminder to cut myself some slack and take care of my wellbeing. Other than that, this was such a sweet and comforting video to listen to❤️

I learned a lot from you about make-up. Holy Smokes. You make your knowledge about technique and products seem like everyone knows this stuff but I have no idea what I'd do with half your products. I basically use one brush for the eyes and one for the cheeks and my fingers for concealer. However, I did recognize one line you mentioned: Anastasia! I loved hearing you talk about the shows you loved growing up - you were super endearing in this. Thanks for the inspiration! xo, A

You have to remember eventually there will be children. ALOT and ALOT of children. So my advice just put them outside. It will not harrm them actually I bet they will even thrive even more outside since they will have access to a ton of insects and place to explore and take shelter, from rocks, under homes, bushes, trees, wood piles, old sheds etc .. But that is just my advice. I am no expert and no one here are experts either.

Hello, I am also the mother of a girl with autism, and a year ago we also had the same behavioral problem with my daughter, it took us a year and a half of therapies, to level her medication for one that worked well for her and that did not affect her, so that she could sleep reasonably well, (you are going to have many sleepless nights, and sleep very little, in my case coffee helps me a lot to clear my head and continue) and above all the only thing that matters to me is my daughter, because if I as a mother suffer, she is the one who is affected and suffers ten times more, it is hard and it is difficult, but the truth is that you can only help your daughter, with therapies, with her medication, making her life easier at home, lots of pictograms, showing her the events of her day to day on a blackboard, it is the only way in which you are going to be able to help her and help yourself, no parent is born with an instruction book on autism, you are going to need a lot of strength and a lot of love and understanding for your daughter, people with autism notice and knowing when your mother is sad, when you are not well, if you feel angry with her, and it is really not their fault, our duty is to help them. As we can, there is no point in asking ourselves the why and the what for of life, go ahead and help her as the mother that you are so that she continues to be happy within her spectrum and that she is better. You are not alone and you are not the only mother in the world fighting for the good of your daughter, there are millions of us, and with the right therapy, and talking a lot with her doctors, psychiatrist, etc., your daughter can have a happy life for herself and her parents. She needs a lot of understanding and support from her family, she does not need hostility and bad faces, crying and sadness, that does not help her at all, you have to adapt to her, talk a lot with her teachers, do therapies so that she understands things, lots of pictograms, anticipate things for her, and a lot of tranquility at home, quiet music does them a lot of good, no loud television, no noise, no crowds of people in shopping centers, no loud noises, no shouting, avoid all that, and take quiet walks, quiet and relaxing music, massages, cartoons and non-violent movies, tranquility is what they need, thank God there are many professionals who can help you, as they help me, and thousands of other parents with children with autism, so do not fall asleep. and move so that your daughter has a better quality of life. I send you a big kiss. (By the way, I am also a witch, and when I can and my daughter lets me, I practice tarot cards and the occasional spell. My daughter comes first and then everything else.) With time and calm, with a lot of information, associations of parents with children with autism, their doctors, their psychiatrist, their medication, therapies, their school, pictograms, getting ahead of events, and having everything very well structured, she and you will be able to lead a happy life and adapt to it, not the other way around. A lot of understanding and a lot of strength to get everything done. Don't try to do everything, or many things at once, the most important thing is your daughter's well-being, then everything else, and if you take a course in whatever it is, like your housework, do it little by little, also give yourself small moments of relaxation and do things little by little, because otherwise you will only cause harm to yourself, peace of mind to do your things.

I hear you. Being a parent of an ND child and working whilst being ND yourself is exhausting. Bone deep exhaustion because you have to be the mother, the colleague first and you're constantly masking... I absolutely hear and have walked that path before you. Find your calm where you can, baking, growing plants, losing yourself in a candle flicker with breathwork, cleansing in the shower. You can do this.

When we allow people into our lives, when we invite them into it, it's an universe that is opened up with all its richness. We often miss it, we often miss seeing people as beings of immense value by simply being who they are. Your channel becomes a portal through where you attract and connect to people all around the world. Your egregore, your spiritual protection, will always get you covered and protected, so there is no reason to worry. Self-awareness is also important to keep and keep developing, since it will always help you out with your spiritual connections. I personally love when people share their thoughts and feelings, their authenticity, since it creates profound bounds. Even if we don't know people, or are within their immediate presence, still what they share carries on their psychic signature. Through that it's possible to have those profound exchanges that improves everybody's life. From the description of your daughter, she reminds me a lot my own mother. Took a while for me to realize she didn't mean to hurt people, but she simply couldn't handle her emotions. Its her struggle, her time to develop self-awareness and handle all those emotional turmoil. What matters is to do our best and understand that everything is fit together for a greater purpose. You already have what matters the most; a good and supportive family, your kids and husband. If you are trying to build up a supportive community, then it's even better! You start it also through your channel, through sharing your content, organizing it accordingly to your needs. This way, different people will be attracted to it, from superficial to deeper levels. You just need to manage people through different types of content. About humanity and this world, don't worry, just try to live and vibrate the best you can, since you can't control other's lives. People pass through the experiences their choose, and only a higher plane understand its reasons, don't lose your sleep over it. Attrocities are natural and part of the Universe, it's up to you accepting it into your life or not. Not saying we must cover up our eyes, but it's important to don't be overwhelmed by things that aren't in tune with our integrity. Understand the shadow, but bring to your life the light needed to overcome these same shadows, at least in your life. Also, in a world of illusions and lies, it's important to understand that things aren't presented to us as they appear to be. Internet and social media might be awesome, as any other tools, but might be dangerous and destructive. What matters is how we manage our attention, our emotions and our own lives, letting a higher intelligence to handle issues beyond us. Because in the end, it does only depends on people, their inner struggles and intentions. 🌹
