I know mine is. When I take him outside, at first, I used a leash, but he gained my trust and just walks without one for the last few years. He only likes being outside in summer for about 30 minutes at a time. He will poop then look for me and try to climb up my leg saying "take me back to my blanket and the air conditioning please" and I'll take him home. He is always relaxed. He used to be afraid of other adults, then got used to them. Then he was still afraid of little kids but got used to them. Now NOTHING bothers him. doigs, cats, birds, people can all walk right up to him and he wont even flinch. The oddest thing about him is he just doesn't like the heat. I have a warm (not hot) area for him and he will often crawl out of it to be in the air conditioning (70-72F) I used to worry about him and force him to be in warm areas but he would just fight to get inside or be in my room so i gave up. I assume he knows what he is doing and he has been healthy for years, so *shrug* He wants to be 70F so be it.
