Hi! Mix a pinch of tylose powder and warm water. Store in the fridge and You can use it for 2 weeks

Hi Geeta! I use water or edible glue to stick gumpaste/fondant. Vodka mixed with food gel or edible dust to color :)

Chocolate and cream Ratio for winter season?
Hi Hina! I am from the Philippines and we don't have winter. My friends in the US use a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio. You can try which one works for you :)

No. I only use heavy cream :)

Hi Polita! I always put the coated cake inside the fridge and take it out a few hours before serving.
