I have a counterfeit copy of Pokemon FireRed. It deleted my save file about 5 hours into the game. Another way to check copies of Pokemon games is if it says "The save file is ok." after the title screen. If it says this, it's counterfeit.

I think day at the races is a bit worse than bowsers big blast (bowsers big blast) is still luck based garbage but at least with that you don't lose more coins when you lose with day at the races you have to battle to get your coins back I say battle in quotation marks cause it's also luck based garbage

If its too good to be true it is. 6 years after this video, I just got a handful of old cartridges.... spent $240 on a legit emerald version... and that was the cheapest one with a dead battery i had to replace!

I'm pretty sure I have at least one fake game. Trading hasn't ever been a problem. Migrating has never even been a thought as a test as I stopped buying things for Pokémon after Generation 3 Emerald. I'll have to look into the cartridges I have. Thank you for this video!

Spoiled first world brat issues. In the third world we buy and play fake cartridges, otherwise, we wouldnt able to get it. We know the diference of a reproduction and the original, rarelly scammed. We even do a version with our native language when its not avaliable, like in portuguese.

Trivia: Finneon and Lumineon are the only Water-type Pokémon that can learn Silver Wind, and only from Gens IV-VII.

I don't know how I missed this video but here's my thoughts. The ones from Double Dash or before (and MK8 Wii U) will be judged from a game design view and perspective, because I have not played them in their originals. 10. This one is unique, but way too small. It's just ok. That mechanic of rotating is cool. 9. Boring layout, concept and gameplay. Probably my least favourite MKDS battle course. 8. Original for it's era. Got way worse since the existence of MKDS. 7. I enjoyed the remake in MK7. The original looks a bit bland, and seems to play worse. 6. Agree. It's my personal least favourite battle arena in MKWii. By the way, I also don't really like Thwomp Desert. 5. Looks terrible but I think the mechanic of the blocks makes more sense here rather than in the Vanilla Lake tracks. At least here it's a bit better. Still a mediocre battle course, but it kinda works. 4. Boring, but at least not every item box is in the middle. MK7's remake is worse in battle gameplay but way better in visuals and mechanics. I say that because in MK7 all item boxes are in the middle, so it's way too easy to farm points by cycling and spamming items, which makes it so boring and a free win. 3. Surprise of the day. This is my favourite battle course in MK7. I remember just having so much fun with this back in 2011. 2. Everything is awful here. Definately agree with this one. HM: I don't hate Sherbet Rink. I kinda like it with the penguins and those colors. It's my least favourite Nitro battle course in MK7 and I still think it's a good course to play on. 1. Ok for this, I will say something. It's clear that MK8 Wii U's battle mode was rushed because of the poor Wii U sales at the time. They are all terrible. Now, looking at this last thing, it's clear that this mode in MK8 could've had a sort of a pass if they did something, which is closing some sections, like only using one section of the course to battle on, but not the entire track. For example, in Yoshi Valley, they could just close everyone into all the split paths, or in Dry Dry Desert playing only in the oasis zone, or in Sherbet Land using only the ending part of the track with the upper area and the underwater. What do you think about this idea? For me, still lazy and a bit bad, but wouldn't be as terrible as the actual existing mode. Now, I'm only doing a top 5 instead of a top 10 because most of the battle courses I played aren't bad and I only played MKDS onwards (Except MK8 Wii U) battle modes. I'm counting retros as well. Before that, I'm mentioning a couple of older courses I think that don't really work in their originals, from a game design view and perspective. Battle Course 4 (SMK) (This one is just way too big with too many paths for only 2 people. The remake in MKWii works because of being 12 players) Double Deck (MK64) (Same reasons as you mention in the video) Now, my top 5 least favourite battle courses I played: 5. DS Palm Shore (MK7) (Explained before) 4. GCN Cookie Land (MKWii) (I was surprised not seeing it's original course version here at all. The Wii version is terrible and the original is a bit more playable but more boring) 3. Thwomp Desert (MKWii) (So unpredictable for me. It's a nuisance playing this thing here) 2. Chain Chomp Wheel (MKWii) (Good in concept but it just had the worst execution ever) 1. Tart Top (MKDS) (This is worse than anything else because you are forced to the most boring thing to do in MKDS. If this was made in MKWii and the item boxes were in more places it would've been way better)

I like using Game & Watch because of his attacks. Such a simple character but powerful if used right.

I found this video and almost immediately searched for my Emerald version. After the title screen it says the same message about the "internal battery went dry and clocked based events won't longer occur". Is that normal? I'm safe? ;(

Ok I'm updating my top 5 least favourite retro tracks. My opinions regarding the tracks in this video have not changed, but my top 5 least favourite retro tracks has changed, mainly because of MK8DX's Booster Course Pass. The Booster Course Pass made me like 3 out of the 5 tracks I got in my original ranking in the versions mentioned, and I had to be more open-minded with the SNES track remakes in both DS and Wii. Also, my reason for SNES Rainbow Road of why it was brought back again now is not valid to me anymore because 8 out of the 16 retro tracks in Mario Kart 7 are now in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe because of the Booster Course Pass. Now, my (updated) list: 5. SNES Donut Plains 3 (MK8DX): Same reasons as in my original comment. 4. SNES Mario Circuit 3 (MK8DX): Unnecessary, really boring and unfitting for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe standards. Now Wii version got better. 3. GBA Sunset Wilds (MK8DX): Where is the sunset? Literally they took out the main gimmick of this track. Feels like a SNES track and the layout is not memorable either. Just a huge disappointment. 2. 3DS Toad Circuit (MK8DX): The only track that really looks way worse than the original. Nobody likes this remake. Boring to play and looks really bland. 1. GCN Baby Park (MKDS): I think everyone hates this track. This is and will ever be the single worst remake in Mario Kart history. Nothing is appealing and being 5 laps instead of 7 is a terrible idea.

I saw a fake cartridge w the factory numbers on it recently. EVERYTHING looked correct except for the color of the label, which was just slightly too red to be firered s real label

There's nothing wrong with getting a reprint version I have reprint version of all the pokemon gameboy games and they play and work just fine

I had bought a copy of Pokemon Emerald off of Offerup for about $55 and looked at it initially and thought it was legit. But after watching this i took another look and the numbers on the front aren't there, the dots on the back are, and it says the save file will now load. So yeah im not a happy person atm

Only one issue with this vedio. Some original stickers gets faded away. So you can get 3rd party sticker to replace and won't have the stamped number. All fake games has that black glue stuff on legits don't. And the number one thing is the 4 cover square at top left mostly that you have to look for and no punched hole all over the card

Disliking 100 coins on Tick Tock Clock is a major skill issue, there's nothing wrong with it. I think it's one of the best stars in the game, it forces you to climb up the whole spiral while doing extra challenges to reach coin boxes. Doesn't even take that long to get.

My fake emerald couldn't grow berries. There's some berries you only can get once, and I wanted to duplicate those. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was fake until a few months ago, and real ones are like $200 now. So idk when I'll ever get a real copy. Sucks cuz I bought this thing at a LGS back in maybe 2014. Long before fake games were all over the place. And long before games were expensive.

Dude who cares i mean unless u really want real but so fr i jsut bought myself 5 fake copies and they work like og copies jsut i dont have to pay 300$ each and its like new and i can trade and battle between fakes and og copies !! so ya
