Screen captures of gaming stuff I think is worth watching again + video essays. Sometimes. Most of what I upload was recorded for my own personal viewing/for fun, hence the randomness. I try to make my playthroughs look as "cinematic" as possible, but I'm not too sure I know what that really means.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) - The Wolf's Den (Cinematic Play, Realism Mode)
Переглядів 225День тому
One of the most intense missions in Modern Warfare (2019). Gaz and Price take out Al-Qatala on the surface before Alex and Farah descend into the depths of their hidden tunnels under their compound. The tunnels catch fire, you have to find a way up the mineshaft. And then the two finally kill the Wolf. Doing this mission without taking damage was ridiculously difficult for some reason. Plenty o...

One of the best missions in the entire Call of Duty franchise from Modern Warfare (2019). According to some, this just might be the most realistic mission in Call of Duty, period. I made sure to satisfy the requirements for getting the "Golden Path" and the "Wall Hax" achievements by not taking any damage, killing every enemy with 1 bullet, and shooting one of the enemies through the door befor...

A Star Wars Rant: Is Star Wars JUST For Young Kids? (Discussion)
Переглядів 8814 днів тому
I always laugh a little when I hear Star Wars is “just for kids,” because to me, that was one of the biggest marketing schemes in all of media. From the VERY FIRST MOVIE (A New Hope) all the way back in 1977, Star Wars was clearly attracting MORE than just young kids. Young kids HAVE always been a part of the audience. But so have guys in their teens to their 20s. Why do you think every single ...
A Witcher Rant: A Case Study For Pretentious "Book Fans" (Discussion)

(THIS VIDEO IS NOT ABOUT CIRI/WITCHER 4) The Witcher has this very strange divide between the game fans and the Netflix fans the book fans. With all this attention on the Witcher 4 / Polaris, I wanted to talk about something incredibly annoying and pretentious we were seeing a number of years ago with this franchise. You probably know what I'm talking about. The games were what put the Witcher ...

Even people who know nothing about gaming know that this is the game that sold more than 20 million copies in LES...

After Rakepick breaks the main character's wand, she takes him back to Garrick Ollivander's in Diagon Alley to purchase a second wand. Ollivander mentions that in 5 years, the MC has become a very different person since they got their first wand - so having a new wand might just be a mixed blessing. And like the narcissist she is, Rakepick shamelessly leeches off the old man's comment and ponti...

Cyberpunk 2077-The Relic: How It's Supposed to Work, Why It's Killing V (Cyberpunk Lore)
I guess the new mind of what use to be two voices, may find a name for himself if he chooses. I would've called him Divide.
Not sure if you'll see this, but I figured I'd ask: is a brawl build good in this game? I thought about playing through the game as a martial artist, but I'm not sure how tough I'd be making things. Regardless, good to know melee is viable. I've always seen people say it becomes very weak in the endgame. Thanks for the info.
Brawl is one of the most fun builds you can make. It's completely viable throughout this game. And as for Ming Xiao, then as I said, you can beat this fight with pretty much anything no matter what skills you have. You probably won't be using your fists against her, but you can easily just pick up the flame thrower and use it just for this one fight even if you have nothing in Firearms. The Tremere you're seeing in this video was actually a full-on Brawler. This was the first build I ever tried in this game and even though Tremere isn't optimized for Brawling, it's so much fun that it's my go-to character even today.
@ Glad to hear it! It's actually pretty funny to imagine my character punching their way through the game, only to see the disgusting, slimey, multi-eyed creature Ming Xiao turns into and go "nope, absolutely not, I ain't touching that" and pull out a flamethrower XD Yeah, sometimes the most fun build isn't the optimal one. I was shocked when I noticed you were playing melee as a Tremere. I thought it was to prove your point even more. You basically made a spellsword with him. I think I'll go for a clan with Celerity, because I love super speed. Brujah, perhaps. Thanks for the reply! Both it and the video were really helpful.
Little did this fledling Tremere know that he would meet the progenitor of the vampiric curse and in a short time become one of the most powerful kindred around.
Oh shit. It was shorter than the time it took me to type my previous comment....what were you talking about?
LOL.
I know....Neuromancer. I mean, I love the book, then played Cyberpunk 2077, but know nothing of the Cyberpunk table top games. I just kept seeing similarities between William Gibson's book and the world in the videogame. Im... going to watch your video now. ..Ok. Bye,.
Thanks for watching, man.
My first and favorite V I’ve been using for years. Starting a new playthrough and needed to look it up again. Great work!
Glad to see someone's still getting something out of this. It's pretty old now. If you're really looking for the Maul Cosplay/Concept look for Male V, I recommend you check out the updated version linked above. Very easy to change now that character customization's been implemented in-game if you're ever feeling it.
keep going
There's one more I've been wanting to do, but putting it together's been a real bitch.
3:08
I was getting Splinter Cell flashbacks from that. LOL. I don't regret a damn thing about making that part of the video.
I hope Cyberpunk gets the same treatment I’ll be enjoying this for Now
Recognize your profile, man. Very glad to see you've stuck around. I know I promised this a while ago, but I've been planning my 3rd/4th playthrough of my modded "New Game Plus" playthrough and I'll get around to doing that soon. I guess I'm old and slow now, cause the videos just seem to take me forever now. But they're coming. Stay tuned.

@EyeofCenter ja ne is klar
I played the witcher 3 first! I loved them! Read the books after! Feel like it enhances my experience in the game... the netflix show sucks... not because it deviates from the plot.... they just suck...
Most Witcher fans in the English-speaking world share that experience. Part of the reason why I thought a lot of those people used to be flat-out lying about not liking the games on Reddit/Twitter/Facebook/UA-cam, etc.
@EyeofCenter great video man! Youre right! Ppl just like to act better than others.
@ Glad to hear it's (started?) going away now though. And thanks for watching. Hope you at least found my droning rant a little bit entertaining or something. LOL.
I love both the books and the games. When The Witcher started gaining mainstream popularity thanks to Wild Hunt I was thrilled because I thought it meant more Witcher fans to talk to about all the things I love about this fantasy world. But I didn’t realize then that most of these new fans would only play The Witcher 3 and stop there. Sure, they might play it over and over again, but almost none of them would go back to play the earlier games, let alone read the books. This is what I don’t understand about The Witcher 3 fans. When I like something, I try to learn everything I can about it and consume all the content available. That’s how I got into The Witcher in the first place. Sometime in early 2007, I came across a trailer for The Witcher 1 on UA-cam. But since the game wasn’t out yet, I couldn’t play it. So I started at least looking into it, found out it was based on books by Sapkowski, and discovered they’d been translated into my language back in the 90s. I immediately borrowed them from the library, started reading, and instantly fell in love because it was a fantasy inspired by the culture I grew up in. When the first game finally came out, it only deepened my love for this fantasy world because it perfectly captured the atmosphere of the books. I think it’s a shame more people who enjoy the games don’t give the books series a chance because it's masterpiece.
Thanks for taking the time to listen to my ranting/liking the video/commenting. I also started with the games (Witcher 1 and Witcher 2) before I started getting into the books. For me, I had to wait until somewhere in 2015 because like I pointed out, most of the books hadn't been translated to English yet and at the time, I didn't feel like reading an "incomplete" series or reaching out to strangers for the fan translations. And despite the author's feelings about the games, I think they did a very good job of following up on stories of the characters in the books while ALSO creating a fantastic RPG for different players + for people who never read the books. I definitely agree with you that there's more to the Witcher games than Witcher 3 that a lot of people sadly just missed out on. This isn't a concrete observation by any means, but I used to get the impression a lot of people used to think The Witcher 1 and 2 were supposed to be direct adaptations of the books and that the Witcher 3 continued straight off the books. Maybe it's because the older games just aren't as accessible, but it's sad they don't get nearly as much love as W3 because I think that Witcher 1, 2, and 3 actually managed to defy all odds and set up a perfect RPG experience using a predefined character with a predefined story.
For me, I fell in love with the Witcher via W3, then W2. Soon after that, the show came out and I enjoyed it enough to read all the books during COVID lockdown. Watching season 2 was pretty insulting, as the show made a few changes to the story that soon snowballed into the worst adaptation I have ever seen. Fast forward to now, and at least in my experience, people that love the books also tend to love the games, and the show is generally hated, or viewed as its own separate thing outside of the other mediums. I’m not saying your thesis is wrong, I just think that this is not a big of issue in the fandom at large, in my experience.
I appreciate the candor. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my ranting/liking the video/commenting. I hope you still got some sort of enjoyment out of it even if it seems completely out-of-place now. LOL. I definitely agree with your take on Season 2 and onwards of the Netflix Witcher. I'm also glad to hear that some opinions on this sort of thing have changed in the franchise. If any of this seems out of place here and now, it's partly because this was part of a larger video where I made arguments about "franchise canon" and comments from authors/creators on adaptations of their work. I was using things we used to see with the Witcher back when the Netflix show came out / when people in the west first started reading the books on a large scale to make comparisons. But back then, these were things I always saw whenever I brought up / looked up the Witcher pretty much anywhere. I'm obviously just speaking about what I saw personally. But I'm not the only person who's ever made a video about this. This might have been back when the author of the books was personally trashing the games and that might have been the cause of a lot of those sentiments. We're talking several years ago now, so you'd have to go and look back to see what I'm talking about. Because from what I've seen, he's kind of changed his tune or just stopped saying these things. But for a while, whenever I looked on Reddit or on Twitter or on Facebook or on UA-cam - and even with friends and people I know personally - I just kept seeing people saying ridiculous things to act as if they were somehow "above" the Witcher video games. People just acted like there was something wrong with the games because they weren't "authentic." Because they weren't a "real" "official" part of the Witcher franchise. Because they were just "glorified fanfiction" because the author of the books doesn't take them seriously and doesn't consider them a part of his franchise. And all of this was just part of a common theme of praising the Netflix series for "following the books" and getting it right while somehow accusing CDPR of "misunderstanding" Sapkowski's novels. But the only reason why I was/am so dismissive and so critical of this is that this was all fundamentally pretentious and disingenuous. Most of these people had no actual reasons WHY they didn't like the games. There are three people I know personally who suddenly saw the show and started acting all pretentious about it. They suddenly started reading the books and suddenly started saying that the games/CDPR had somehow "butchered" the Witcher. But the moment you asked them what exactly that meant, there answers completely fell apart. They couldn't actually explain what CDPR changed or how it "ruined" the main ideas or the story of the Witcher. They just wanted to act like reading the books somehow gave them insights other people didn't have. And then there was also the fact that most of the people who knew enough/cared enough to talk about the games to begin with were speaking/reading perfect English. So you know that the majority of them were being very disingenous in acting like they didn't also like the games. The majority of English speaking/reading people didn't read the books UNTIL they played the games. The books weren't available in English until after the games came out and didn't finish their translations until after the games became popular worldwide. So most of these people who read these books in English only read them because they enjoyed the games. Or they never played the games and only wanted to pretentiously talk down to other people.
Damn. The first thumbnail I used was a really big mistake. This video is NOT about Ciri being a Witcher / the Witcher 4. I haven't been following the controversy around Ciri/Witcher 4 at all. This video was ONLY about Netflix fans/book fans suddenly hating on the video games or pretending they hate the video games. That said, I'm glad to hear that these sentiments have since gone/started to go away with this franchise. If anyone is wondering where this came from or if any of this seems out of place here and now, it's partly because this was part of a larger video where I made arguments about "franchise canon" and comments from authors/creators on adaptations of their work. I was using things we used to see with the Witcher back when the Netflix show came out / when people outside Europe first started reading the books on a large scale to make comparisons. pity.. a really off take without understanding why people dislike Ciri being witcher. If you go to make a video like this, it would be good to try and read the side and arguments of people who ciritize it. i appreciate your video, but you should also try to put your mic closer to you, or try some other, like Razer Mini (cheap but good). but yeah, this take sounds a bit un-understood, sorry. the problem is much more complex and complicated than what you try to make it sound like. also pretty much noone shits on games for 'not being canon'. there is no canon followup to books, but almost everyone takes games as direct continuation and have no problems with it.
Damn. The thumbnail I used was a really big mistake. That's not what this video was supposed to be about. I haven't been following the controversy around Ciri/Witcher 4 at all. This video was ONLY about Netflix fans/book fans suddenly hating on the video games or pretending they hate the video games. Apologies any confusion.
@@EyeofCenterah, okay. Thrn yeah, thumbnail is very misleading even tho i listened to the entire video. Hm, but where do book fans hate on games? Books fans are who brought games onto spotlight of other people until they branched out into game fans without needing to read the books. Book fans love the games although there are sometimes things they dont deem in character or some choice that may look weird but overall, the games are an amazing continuation that respects its source as much as possible. It is a love letter to books. The show on the other hand.. well, it treats the source as a toilet paper and even on its own it is at best (S1) mediocre, and at worst, well.. better to not think about things like Blood Origin and rest of the seasons.
@Patrix8558 Apologies for the confusion. I was only using a recent image of the Witcher because that was what was popular and topical at the moment. I never thought that this video could (EDIT: come off as) a criticism of people not liking Witcher 4/Ciri being a Witcher. And as for the Netflix show, we seem to be of a very similar mind. I also agree (and I don't think I ever denied) that the book fans in Europe were who initially contributed to the success of the games. But this video is largely about the people outside of Europe. And don't get me wrong. I said in the video I liked the games AND the books. But before the Witcher games, the books were nowhere near as successful in the English speaking world OR anywhere outside countries like Poland, Germany, Russia, France, etc. And even there, they had nowhere near the level of mainstream success as they got thanks to the Witcher games (and specifically The Witcher 3). And from what people are telling me, the attitudes I'm referring to here seem to have gone away/been forgotten. I'm talking several years ago now - and I can only speak for what I saw personally. But amongst English-speaking/reading audiences, there was a while where there were a lot of people who had suddenly just gotten into the books and all of sudden started making up ridiculous claims to act as if they were somehow "above" the Witcher video games. Some of this has to do with the fact that the author of the books was going around trashing the games and suddenly people were praising the Netflix series for "following the books" and getting it right while somehow accusing CDPR of "misunderstanding" Sapkowski's novels. But for a while, whenever I looked on Reddit or on Twitter or on Facebook or on UA-cam - and even with friends and people I know personally - I just kept acting like there was something wrong with the games because they weren't a "real" "official" part of the Witcher franchise. @@EyeofCenter form my experience, it was only a loud minority, but really small out, talking about show following books. and when I pried (?) further, I almost always found out that these people read only wikipedia summaries of the books, acting like they know the books well and that the show is following them.. ebcause yeah, on paper the stories sound similar, but in fact, were quite different, with too many and too big changes. (it also didnt help that the showrunner couldnt help herself not constantly lying to people) what I see with new fans is more that they fall in love with the world, they go read the OGs stories and then see some things they didnt see before as potentionally troublesome. but maybe as a european thats were we differ. people here were fans of the witcher for a long time, although it wasnt this well known (i certainly havent hreard of it before the release of the first game) and nobody really trashed the games for making some tweaks to fit the gameplay narrative. tehre were some discussions, even to this day some decisions, even between games themselves are discutable, but in general, people are able to handwave many problem simply due to how good the games are. this applies to the show as well. people would be willing to overlook some changes, if the end product was just as good as games or books. but it is the opposite. the show is so bad that any other change is like cherry on top of of this disaster and it cant be overlooked at all. but maybe in the US it was different. dunno. from my observation throughout the years tho, games were always revered, even by book fans, even tho they may sometimes not really vibe with some decision here or there. but games are just too good to be mad at.
That's definitely true. And to be clear, this isn't some sort of attack on ALL "book fans." Or "Netflix fans." I was only talking about specific "book fans" or "Netflix fans." Like I said, I liked the games and the books. And whatever other people like/don't like isn't my business. But the point of all this was to point out the pretentiousness you saw with some people AND how far some people would go (I.E. making up stupid reasons to say the games were bad OR pretending they were above playing the games on social media when we know a lot of them obviously played the games) to try and do this. This even happened with 3 people that I know in real life and when they were just questioned why specifically they didn't like the games, their reasoning completely fell apart. But either way, thanks for taking the time to listen to my ranting/liking the video/commenting. This was part of a larger video where I made arguments about "franchise canon" and comments from authors/creators on adaptations of their work. I was using things we used to see with the Witcher back when the Netflix show came out / when people outside Europe first started reading the books on a large scale to make comparisons. But I hope you at least found all this entertaining even if it seemed completely out of place for you.
In my opinion, Star Wars is for children and adults. Star Wars can get very dark at times and show mature themes especially in the Expanded Universe.
Glad you agree. Thanks for checking this out, man. Wanted to cover some new stuff for a bit.

As time goes on I'm beginning to have a problem with 'canon'. It only exists to substantiate more than one story is part of a bigger 'universe' - like a SOAP OPERA. I see nothing wrong with individual stories based on a property. Let them live or die on their own. We have been subject to so many sequels, prequels, off-shoots, reboots, that we can't accept a good story has concluded. So if that's how it's going to be, gatekeeping is just another reason for disappointment and forced control of creativity. This is why I prefer One and done. Writers have been taking other stuff and changing names for many decades - so just do the same thing with an idea that uses another property unless the entire idea is to USE that property for NAME ASSOCIATION and PROFIT.
Very true. If you're a fan of any sort of franchise or series of stories, "canon" should only pique your interest in terms of what might happen with future projects/stories. But aside from that, it doesn't really affect anything else. Something you already like is already there and doesn't change in the slightest just because someone else decides it's "canon" or "not canon."
If this video or anything in it looks random or outdated, that’s because I started writing for this back in November. This was supposed to be done ages ago but finding time to record/edit and actually editing this video has been a nightmare... Or maybe I’m just old and slow now. And I guess the fact I also only played this game now rather than 2 years ago when it came out also didn’t help matters. To anyone who still watches these, I finally got around to doing something very different and I hope you still enjoy it as much as you enjoyed the Cyberpunk videos. If you’re one of the people who’ve been asking for a change of pace, then I’m sorry it took so long. And if anyone’s wondering why I didn’t go over “The Cursed Child” in a video about Harry Potter Canon, I actually had a whole segment written on it, but I ended up cutting it. I never read “The Cursed Child” myself, so I didn’t really want to spend too much time talking about things I’ve read/heard from someone else. And on top of that, the entire thing just felt like another tangent. I have a few more Hogwarts videos planned, but I also have a few more "theory" videos I've been wanting to finish. Tell me if you prefer videos like these or like my older videos: Playlist - Video Game Theories: ua-cam.com/play/PLEv6qv-hOJ3osLfOpo4v0dgNTsGFvy7ew.html

@@DJ_Everheart Glad to hear it wasn't just me then. And glad to hear you liked it.
This is a fantastic video and an excellent response to something I see that annoys me a great deal, people thinking V is a very low level employee just because Arthur can order them to do something. Just reading V's terminal in the intro shows that they both oversee and take an active part in both offensive and defensive actions for the company as well as overseeing others. That is not a low level position and anyone that thinks it is has never seen an org chart. While a department such as CounterIntel might be seen as a corporate norm in 2077 the use of the title "Agent" is likely a holdover from when Corps had to distance themselves from such actions. In intelligence terms an "Agent" is used to describe a number of situations where someone is recruited to work for an organization but not actually part of it. In spy movies an Agent would typically be someone who helps the main character but is not part of the main character's organization. Someone who can get the main character weapons, papers info or smuggle them around but is otherwise mostly independent would be an agent. Calling V an "Agent" would allow the corporation to say they were just some freelancer they did not actually directly control. All of which is just a long way of saying that V is not some low level grunt pushed around by anyone but much more like the video describes them. A multi skilled, intelligent and highly capable officer slotted into a management position of a powerful department with a short ladder.
Glad to see someone's still watching this old video. Glad you enjoyed my take on the whole thing. V is definitely middle-management as well as an operative. In tabletop terms, V seems very much like a multiclass between an Exec and a Solo like you see in Cyberpunk RED. However a player chooses to personally build V, just the 6-month montage alone shows us that story-wise, V is supposed to be extremely combat-capable. So this is the only sensible background for a Corporate to be able to the things V does later in the game.
I will do the romance part because i want to go at the end of the relationship with her but good thing i can turn off the tv because i don’t want my parent to see this (neither hear this)

The entire event was kind of a nightmare. The only way to finish the event was to keep grinding for days until you got the inkwells you need by chance. I like this game more than I thought I would, but honestly its entire design is very exploitative to try and push the players to spend actual money at every opportunity for the chance to grind for game content.
During the gig "Family Matters" Muamar sends V to find one of his netrunners. She has been killed by her sister, whom has gone full cyberpsycho. But if you managed to fully search the house, you'll learn that the girl has been on medication for a long time and that she has been taking low quality meds because of her lack of money. The pills are called "betahaloperidol", based on real life "haloperidol", a typical neuroleptic treatment for schizophrenia psychotic crisis/bipolar maniac crisis or more rarely used as a chemical restraint.
We also have to consider the fact that the Tower ending may not be what it seems to be. Reed says that they accidentally damaged your nervous system, and that your neurons cannot handle most implants. He doesn't explicitly tell you why. He also adds, as you were pointing, that the neural matrix reduces cells regenerative capacity. Ok, so why not using nanites to compensate ? And then there is the coma, the totally unplanned coma that comes perfectly in time to avoid V to mess with Militech's/NUSA's plan for NCity. Moreover, Vik tells you that the problem comes from your motor cortex, which seems "to have turned deaf to implant signal", not that your cortex lacks neurons or synapses, ortherwise you wouldn't be able to use most of your muscles. I think that the FIA used V's body to study the effects of the Blackwall, maybe they even tried a connection and pursued cynosure project with you, because even if So Mi really is "alive" (which I highly doubt, knowing Myers), she's obviously not "there" anymore, or even willing to help them. So they used V as a placeholder, and then partially fried/reconfigured their synapses, to ensure that they won't ever be a threat anymore. "You got no reason to thank me" says Reed. Probably the first time he's telling V the full truth. Basically no one in this game really tries to heal you, they just end up doing something for you but mostly for themselves.
This is an awesome theory, man. Given what the NUS/Myers did to Songbird, I wouldn't put something like that past them. Personally, I really hope we see more of Cynosure in the future. It was basically supposed to be Militech's kryptonite to Soulkiller and the Mikoshi project. And given everything they've been doing with the AIs in 77, I'll bet the later stories will also revolve heavily around things like this. As for V, I think the best chance he/she has is with the Nomad ending. I'm pretty sure I took this video from a longer video where I talked about this, but my theory is that there's an obvious way to cure V that doesn't involve becoming crippled/falling into NUS hands. Some people vehemently disagree with the idea of Cyberpunk having a "happy ending" but personally, I think that's just narrow-minded nonsense. Those same people insisted that V had to die or else the entire story was wasted and then Phantom Liberty came along and laughed in their face. And if "cyberpunk isn't allowed to have happy endings," then they might wanna tell that to most of the main characters you meet in Cyberpunk 2077. Every ending except the suicide ending goes out of its way to avoid showing V's death AND suggest that V has ways of staying alive. V already has the blueprints for the Relic 2.0 and given that it's basically supposed to be magic with how it can resurrect dead tissue + transform the human brain on a cellular level, I think the game already hinted very early on that the key to saving V would actually be to create a second Relic to undo the effects of the first Relic. Any of the endings where Alt destroys Mikoshi guarantee the current Relic stops killing V in the present. And in the future, V could very easily take those blueprints to someone (such as Panam's Nomad allies like StormTech or something) and build a new Relic to reverse the effects of the old Relic.
@@EyeofCenter Lol i am a dumbass, my comment was supposed to be under the longer video you made x) I totally agree with you on most points, but i don't think that the star's ending left the biggest room for a cure. I personally suppose that the "canon" ending will be Don't fear the Reaper as it is the only ending to relate to PL. Most importantly, it follows the grand scheme of things and the Blue Eyes Conspiracy, 5th corporate war starting between NightCorp and Orbital Air etc... During the AV transit to the Afterlife, Delamain tells you that you have almost infinite ressources, then Morgan Blue Eyes adds later that he will reward you "beyond your imagination". No need for imagination to conclude that he has a way to cure V (hope we'll get to meet with So Mi in Orion, if she's cured, that would pretty be a confirmation of this theory). But in facts, every positive ending is a plausible one, even the Temperance, considering the fact that Angel is probably still alive and well, and that there probably are other Alt clones somewhere. So there is an alternate reality where Alt and Johnny are reunited in the meat world, 50 years after their respective deaths. On the other hand, the Tower and the Devil endings seem too unbalanced. The first one is arguably the worst possible outcome for everyone involved, the second clearly is an Arasaka revival, and not for the best (Yorinobu could have became a good guy but Saburo is the Devil incarnate, I mean, litterally reincarnated). And there is the obvious fact that V sell their soul to the two worst existing megacorps. You have the Militech ending, and the Arasaka ending, so i think we can conclude that these two are the worst outcomes, the more defintive ones, as there's no way to heal V anymore (and no room for the beginning of a 5th Corp War, so no sequel game). <<Some people vehemently disagree with the idea of Cyberpunk having a "happy ending">> LOL Some people really think that King of Cups is the best PL outcome and that Songbird is the villain, and NUSA treatment the best future for V. Some people really think that Jonnhy is the bad guy, and that you can't trust him at all, that he is voluntarily lying to and misguiding you. Even when they are frontally and obviously contradicted by the game, they persist. If they cannot prove anything and just talk about their own feelings and thoughts, that's not theories, but headcanon.
@@fredoflih7373 LOL. Well, glad to hear you took the time to watch these anyways. Since you mentioned it, there's another video on Saburo and on the Arasaka ending if you're interested. As for what will be "canon," I hope that the closest thing we get to canon in these games will be what they did with the Witcher 3. IF (and that's not a guaranteed "if") the next game follows up on this game, the devs might default set the events of the previous games in any references in the next game unless you import a save / manually input what you did in dialogues and whatnot. There's a good chance the "default" ending will be the Secret ending, as that's the ending that keeps most of the important characters alive AND it's the ending that gets Alt to Mikoshi. However, the devs have openly said that in their studio, their favourite ending is the Nomad ending. So there's also a chance they'd make that the "default" ending in the next game. That ending does the same thing in terms of getting Alt to Mikoshi - and that's where I don't agree that the Don't Fear the Reaper ending is the only way for the game to tie into Phantom Liberty/Mr. Blue Eyes. The most important part of these ending is that Alt destroys Mikoshi and Arasaka crumbles again. That's what really clears the way for Mr. Blue Eyes and Night Corpo. Orbital Air is just connected to all of this in passing (as far as I know), and not much that happens to them really changes the story one way or the other going forward. Blue Eyes might not get his hands on technology left behind by Arasaka like he says he does in the other ending, but one of his major obstacles is out of the way and Night Corp is free to secure more influence over Night City with them gone (which we know they were already doing). As for the Mr. Blue Eyes ending(s), I think it's guaranteed that he knows what's happening to V. He all but says it point blank. And there's a very good chance that he has the technology to cure V very similar to a Relic 2.0. But allowing Mr. Blue Eyes to get his hands on V is pretty much like letting Arasaka try and "cure" V. Mr. Blue Eyes' cabal is clearly into mindcontrol and turning people into their proxies, so it's very clear they'd "cure" V only to brainwash him/her into being one of their agents. Which is pretty much exactly what's implied that Arasaka will do in the Devil ending.

How do I get new inks to complete the book? All the ones I get are duplicates, including the ones I buy. There are 7 days left to complete and I only need 3 new inks!

Games like Cyberpunk are very different from games like GTA. Cyberpunk or Fallout or KotOR or VTMB are examples of games very much trying to be "true" roleplaying games. Creating your own character and imaging them in your head are a big part of roleplaying games. But not everyone likes doing that.
In fhe phantom liberty dlc only when songbird dies does mr blue eyes lose the full value of the spaceport or cynosure-NUS ending
Yeah. Honestly, I have my own theories about that ending. But I very much doubt Mr. Blue Eyes is even remotely going to help V or Songbird in any of the applicable endings. The Arasaka ending is a guarantee that Arasaka will edit V's engram however they want and turn him/her into a slave for Arasaka, but there are already hints in the game that Mr. Blue Eyes and his cabal already have their own means of mind-control and brainwashing. I very much believe they have the technology to save V, but I also think that they'd only do that to turn V into one of their proxies. Same with Songbird.
