This beautiful mix of fruit and greek yogurt in a Pavlova is to die for .
your going to need:
6 egg whites
250g sugar
1 table spoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Pinch of salt
Greek yogurt
Strawberrys and Blueberrys to you taste
Oven bake it for 10 minutes on 130ºc and then lower it to 100ºc for 90 minutes.

Yes you can just need to watch the temperature so you don’t burn outside and leave it raw inside make sure you have a flat surface metal surface preferably

30 years ago I was frequently in Portugal and had tons of them 😅 you probably inspired me to try them at home 😊

The cream is the nata ?
Natas=cream in English, we only have one type of cream which we call natas. Hope that answers your question 😊
I ate TONS of Bolo do Caco on my recent trip to Madeira! My only regret is, that I didn't have one from one of the Kiosks! Only different Restaurants... I'm addicted!

I always fry the meat after draining the marinade. After frying I use the marinade to make a sauce using the same frying pan. Yummy molho!.Im sure yours tastes just a good. Thanks

You can do it both ways, but I usually put in the fridge if it’s more than 12h.

I use sunflower oil, be careful with the temperature of the oil so it doesn’t burn.
