Crash of a gyrocopter shortly after takeoff from Heber Airport in Heber, UT on December 16, 2020 at 2:17 PM.
interesting he doesn't go to his truck to do the pricing?
You can if you need to, but I find that if you are comfortable and confident with your pricing, there is no problem doing it right there at the table with them. If they are looking concerned as I’m doing it, I will even explain to them that I have all the items with straightforward pricing, and I’m not just making up on the fly. Everything is preset with pricing so we can give them the best experience at the best price.
@@erikmidgley1387 is this on your iPad or what
Yes, i use Service Titan to put my options together and review them with my customers. Used to do paper back in the day, but now use iPad.
@@erikmidgley1387 does nexstar teach any objection handling? I've never worked for a nectar company so find the whole thing very interesting!
oh cmon. Most of the time the customer says 'I need to think about these options"
Not for me. If you follow the system and run your calls like this, you will hardly get that objection. My closing is consistently 90%+ and has been for years as I’ve continued to practice and improve running calls like this. You can do it, too!
@@emidgley are you the poster on a different account? JW
@@emidgley How do you handle if they say 'I dont want to get this fixed today, I'm just getting estimates"
Not for me, going through this process gives them all the information the need to make an educated decision and 90+% of the time, they are making a decision right then, right there. Works great!
@@erikmidgley1387 I see, so these are all repair calls not free estimates?
Great Job man! I will be using this to train in my meetings.
Thanks! Been doing service system for 10+ years and have seen it bring much success in my career.
@@emidgley do you guys use paper sheets or iPad to present the estimate?
Good job!
What caused the accident and did anyone die
This is very sad. Be safe out there. ua-cam.com/channels/2KlTMqAWkmjlWTn46efqjg.html
What did cause the crash?
Was there ever a determination of what happened?
there was a investigation with all reports and accounts on the "What You Haven't Seen" youtube channel regarding the AR-1 crash.
Tough situation for all involved. Sorry you had to see that, let alone record it.
Eric am I right in saying the throttle was closed briefly and then reapplied. Gyrocopter flying club covered this accident in some detail and concluded over controlling I believe. Very sorry that you were involved in this event. I hope other pilots might learn something from it at least.
Yet another portrait video by someone incapable of thinking
Incapable of thinking? Wow. Well I’m sorry I was so focused on keeping the aircraft in frame. He didn’t tell me beforehand that he was planning on crashing and losing his life, and to make sure I was recording in landscape instead of portrait. I’d like to see you in the same situation and what you would have done. If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.
@@erikmidgley1387 please always record in landscape
@@erikmidgley1387 What are you whinging for? Only the dim film in portrait. Indeed, I'd go as far as saying it's an aberration, completely and utterly wrong for a number of very obvious reasons.
Thank you Richard Walker
I don't know how I got on this chain of videos... but I have to say... that Gyrocopter's seem to be the lease safe aircraft I have ever seen.
Bummer.
Apparentemente era tutto regolare come è stato possibile incidente da un esito fatale, allora mi chiedo tutta questa sicurezza su questo tipo di velivoli va rivista.
Just wondering why on take off you didn't zoom in on the machine to begin with thanks for posting Happy New Year
Judging by the vertical video, he was probably using a phone. Tragic ending, but we can all learn from accidents.
