I have had Bella’s verse stuck in my head since 2009 and I finally caved tonight and tracked this down to listen to it again 😅 absolute classic
Saved this video. Thank you sooo much. God bless 😊
He's dressed like Paul from A Chorus Line!
great exercises. thank you.
I need the name of that vibratey ear tool thing please! I'm seeing so much about the vagus nerve and am separately finding the rest of your website super helpful as I'm a singing teacher in training. Fascinating stuff! I also have anxiety and an inflammatory disease (related to lupus) so this is all coming together for me.
Hello! Not sure if you'll see this, but I am in need of your help. On your website you have the Maladjusted Jester Sheet Music from the original movie The Court Jester. Is there any way in this world you could transcribe all of the music from the movie onto sheet music for an orchestra?
Thats not Hozier
Wow!
Very good warm up. I'd like to see more. ❤
Fantastic information thank you so much.
Thanks❤
You are kidding
Perfection! I need all of it, engraved on my heart, forever
Hello Mr Byrne, Thank you for this very informative video. I would like to try doing what you suggest. What is the best tuning fork to get? Thank you!!
I saw the paper bag trick done by Robin Williams for migraines in what dreams may come. Is this a migraine solution?
The sound is not good .. . 🌎
Thank you so much. Already feel calm. Wow.
Please a better microphone
Hello, are you right handed by any chance? I am not certain but as a yoga instructor I have observed right handed people immediately relax when they tip the head to the right, and lefties to the left. Coincidentally righties place the phone onto their left ear lefties on the other side. The "relaxing side" can be observed by asking someone to talk about something that is stressful in their life (an in law, work, taxes) for 2 minutes. One can observe that person's head start to tilt in one direction. Then, you ask them to talk about an endearing thing (children, pets, favorite beach or vacation spot, favorite food). Suddenly the person's head will tip over to the other side. When people say a person's face "lights up" it usually means their face and gaze turned to that relaxation side. People look attractive in that side too. Women know instinctively and always tilt their head to that side in selfies.
was waiting like "ok when's the jab at Joe Iconis going to come" and yup there it was lol
Why does the lymph node effect range of motion ??? That's Incredible
I watched this because I have Burning Mouth Syndrome and it is partly believed it is a problem with the Vagus nerve. Thank you.
I've ordered this, I'm waiting for the download.
It was very hard for me to follow along where exactly he was placing his finger, so just a tip.....pull up an ear diagram if you find the same thing to be true for you. I would pause the video, find the placement (if he stated the name of the part of the ear), and then could resume play. No point in trying these measures if we aren't in the right spot!!
Thank you. 🤔🙂.
I just can’t shut up
Controls the diaphragm!?!? 🤔 I thought that was the french nerve. Someone can explain this?
LOL as if you can "feel getting dry mouth" then saliva then back in under 5 seconds..ridiculous. It undercuts your validity
thx
I really didn't get abot what lymph mobilization and press that lymph under collarbone 😢
It’s scary as a singer
Amazing! Makes me smile!
Great video! I'm been trying several ways to boost my Vagus Nerve, and your video was the first one that actually got me to the point where I could feel the saliva filling in my mouth! This really gives me hope, thank you so much!
Wow, Thank You, so much... I learned a lot from you...
People dont get real humor these days all they need is tik tok ..great job man be strong do it for yourself not for others you dont need others ..
Wow, it works
Love these techniques...they work!!!!! Andrew is a great teacher.
"neuro-brading" 🤣🤣
excellent - I was wondering how electrial/vibrating stimulation of ears would work😎 not a singe,r but Andrew has a *LOT* to teach about anatomy/physiology and the links between all psyco-somathic processes in the body: GENIUS
I yawn when I do this
Omg!!!! I love you!!! I haven’t been able to speak for 4 days and I’ve been going nuts. I’ve tried this exercises and I’m slowly getting my voice back 🥲 thank you so much !
Thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏
OMG it worked
I started researching Vagus nerve because my husband had a non productive “Covid cough”. He started to do breathing for the nerve and it helped.
The audio is very soft 😢
Just... wow. THANK YOU!
I thought ohhh that's just silly, I'm not doing that! Until my anxiety and panic set in and I became desperate and it worked!
Im trained in ear acu-detox. Great to stimulate all the points on the ear.
