What is with you all only doing these weak rolling races. Try an actual drag race from a stopped position or go to an actual drag strip. Now if you truly want to test car vs car try different types of races. 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, autocross or road courses at actual tracks.

I own, and race in a 2008 Infiniti G37 S coupe. It's a 6 speed manual. I've upgraded the tires, brakes, suspension, clutch kit and air intake. Also gutted the interior. I do autocross racing through the SCCA mostly. I am looking to boost my cars power next but I'm taking a much different approach. I first will need better fuel pumps and injectors plus cams. All my research shows that stock rods begin to bend or break around 700 or more HP. So I'll also will be replacing my piston rods. When I'm ready to add boost I'm doing a twin-charge set-up. Sounds crazy I know. I will first install the supercharger for the better low to mid range power, then a turbo for the better mid to high end power. Never tried this before but I'm positive with the right Dyno tune my car will show amazing results. Biggest problem is budget. I'm a disabled military veteran so money will always be my biggest obstacle. But I will get there.

any infiniti with 3.7 or 3.0t is beating a hemi chal/charger, they have a huge weight advantage and better power bands. Hemi 5.7's are the base model of the v8 world, enjoy your lifter tick lol.
