The next year, they got a different Sebastian to drive that and he has won 4 championships since.
Shame F1 doesnt have a drift mode
Now, what I want to see is Seb vs. Tony Stewart in F1 cars.
What an epic plane. So proud to be British:)
Still can't believe that FIA denied him a superlicense to race in F1 when he was already a certified racing superstar!
thats a shame
Stupid decision of FIA The fans would have gone crazy and more audience would have come for both, WRC and F1
Politics
because rally driver would dominate easily...ask Walter Röhrl...
He enjoyed it but you he thinks he needs more of a challenge like WRC 😏...
My dream
Why I think I know why f1 driving is much easier than rally but I still prefer rally
Modthisrc Rally will be always for mens, F1 since the 2005 its fucking boring and an incredible shit. Hamilton or Vettel on the 90's & 80's would been maybe formula 3 drivers...
lol keep telling yourself that. These cars make more downforce than any point in history. Yet those two are still winning. If anything, it'd be the older era struggling to keep up with the newer generation.
wonder if f1 drivers or drivers in any sport when they race think what if the tire pops as I'm going round a corner I crash and die because that is all I would think about if I was in one of these machines
Billy Cameron They can't think about that because it will slow them down. Racing drivers have to eliminate all fear from their mind.
Dude if a tire pops you should sue your team, I mean it should absolutely not be able to happen, only in exraordinary circumstances but than you lose traction, you can still break and slow down to save your life, these machines cost a lot of money and they are made to do high speeds
Ayrton senna
Time?
as if you needed any more proof how good this guy is, check out 2:14 where we catches the back stepping out on him, on his first time in an F1 car, thats insane! and anyone else miss that v10 howl?
+Harry Mac *V8
@@marcussundstrom4570 No the 2008 cars had V10's
@@CaesarAugustus27 The 2008 cars had V8s. 2005 was the last of the V10s
@@nath1606 yes I'm very sorry for that. I was wrong and I know that they had V8's but I completely forgot about the comment so I didn't go back to delete or change my comment. Sorry for that😅
@@CaesarAugustus27, no worries mate
Here's a good response. WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!!! You are nobody so fuck off with your pathetic opinions!!! You have no idea what you're talking about, but think you do. FUCK OFF!!!
He is the 9 times consecutive winner of WRC. That is whaT he is lol😂. From 2018
Who are you talking about?
Wow you're so stupid like wtf
@@CaesarAugustus27 There was no reply button 6 years ago thats why
That's just plain wrong, there are many corners where the wet racing line does NOT hit the apex. Get your fucking facts right, just type "wet racing line" in google and see.
You take a wider line but you still hit the fucking apex!! No hitting apex = not racing line.
Pure and the best skill in rally = the best in every races he went to rallycross in Xgames and won at the 1st try!
Yeah i still remember that! Like he won by far!!
M.schumacher in his best shape was fast, even in rain conditions, BUT, loeb is a rally driver, the cars are very different.
he will be the legend
He was taking the racing line. What corners are you talking about?
That rear wing is set pretty low considering the wet track?... Oh well
There you go.
Oh, i meant the drivers on F1 grids 2007 and onwards. Of course i'm a fan on Senna. It's nearly impossible to be a fan of F1 and not be a Senna fan.
Thats bad..seriously...not even Ayrton Senna?
Yes, i've been a dedicated f1 fan for over 15 years now. And no, I don't like Alonso. I haven't really been a fan of anyone after Michael Schumacher-2006.
Yeh. You got a point...I understand....You seem to be really relevant to f1. If I'm not wrong you must be a Fernado fan.
I don't know. There's no way i could tell where he would stand on an F1 grid if he were to drive competitively because it's a completely different ball game. My observation is only based on this video and he's seriously below par (in this particular video).
I know how drivers "see" the racing line. But tell me honestly. Do you really believe that if Loeb came to f1 he would be the worst driver and that he would always finish last with big difference from the others?
He's a 9 time "WRC" champion. Not F1 champion. Different driving styles. Drivers can't just switch at will. And please go read what a racing line is before you even begin to discuss this with me. (Hint : google for "define racing line") Being able to "see" the racing line (laid in rubber) has nothing to do with the racing line (aka the fastest route) being there. Despite of the conditions, the racing line always kisses the apex of the corners, which Loeb doesn't seem to be doing.
Undoubtfully i know better than you. When the track is wet the racing line has to be built. Thats gonna get succeeded with more and more laps by mutliple f1 cars. Now Do you even see a sign of a racing line on this track? So If he follows it how can you be so sure that he would be faster? All these provided that the track is wet. Plz man...dont make me laugh at you! If you wanna question a 9 time world champion then you gotta be a psycho.
It's not about fast. Look at the lines he's taking. Wildly missing the apex. Don't talk if you don't know shit about racing.
What? Are you an idiot? Cant you see that the track is wet? Even the f1 drivers dont go that fast...
former fastest man on earth
a few more laps and i think he'll get the hang of it.
..wild n fast..he is the beast
I have great respect for the 9 time in a row WRC champion, but seriously, he is just useless in the f1 car. Look how wildly he misses the apex. Any racer should be able to hit the apex without trouble. Look at Rossi testing F1 cars, he hits the apex just fine.
What about Aryton Senna?
It´s simple, he is THE driver! He pushed that car real hard. Loeb is a DRIVING MACHINE!
No Ekström is.
@dumbman2006 he's not one of the best he's THE best
hard to tell, rally drivers are better at terrains, formula one drivers are better at physical fitness
clearly not a rookie of F1 cars, he proves fast and steady , both on brains and speed.Good driving skills.
would of been epic to see him in formula 1! Best drivers formula 1 or WRC....id say WRC
I bet he will be able to handle that F1 Car allot better when going sideways thru a corner than a official F1 Driver :D
This guy is fast in just about anything...if it has wheels, he can be champion at it
@rdtli Nope, that would be Vettel lol.
Michael Schumacher being a perfect example? HE is not Bloodthirsty like LOEB IS, I wish opportunities will open up for Loeb and you will see my dear friend Mr.Loeb will surprise you all!!! He gave up his World rally car for an F1 is he dumb at this point or does he really think he can takes on Hamilton and whoever thinks is good enough.
@monaro632 Lose his speed? what are you a FreakShow Race car driver never lose it speed it's all about how bad you really want to WIN the race. You and only you can decide if you want to push this F1 to the limit and take all the risks.
Loeb a le mérite de s'être fait tout seul ! Prost Schumi Sordo Senna et bien d'autre ont débuter très tôt sur kart. Seb n'a pas eu cette opportunité !
@McLarenMercedes In that period a rally have a lot more SS than now. I respect Markku Allen, but the world titles and percentage of wins/starts tell us another story.
