What is the Problem with Real Estate in Kothrud? Societies’ Approach to Redevelopment. Builders’ Attempts to make it better, have failed. Problems it is going to cause in Town Planning level issues. Kothrud is getting tough to sustain the growing population. Entire Kothrud shall have to be Redeveloped again in next 10 years, if necessary, changes to the approach are not made by Societies.
Having some sizable experience of being an Advisor to a number of businesses, authoring two Research Papers on Entrepreneurship, helping Startups, lots of listening and pondering, I built up my own perspective.
