Hello. I have such a moment. On the helicopter LOGO 800, if on the ground you spin the tail without blades, at 75% of the throttle shelf there is vibration, but at 61% everything is fine, the vibration disappears. How is your helicopter, no vibration?

I also have the 800 DFC, completely stock setup. Is it possible to use just 1 6s battery and have the ESC at 100% or is it bad for the motor and ESC?

i have the same bird . I threw a vbar neo in mine it hovers like yours. I dont need the 1500 rpm hed speed that is the minimum my setup will alow for proper governing i fly it with a vbar bank of 1900 an fly with a 6s its quiet and fun to fly but 800 rpm? is a little on the low sie. I flly it with a 5s and 4s both same packs same discharge rate at a bank of 1500 meant for a 12 s and its a bit to much. i have a 12 pinion. if i change the pinion to a 10 can i get a bigger main gear or do i need to??? i changed pinions on my raptor and in't need to change main gears. my motor is a dominator 490 kv bl850mx. where can i get that same motor your using? thanks and btw the motor comes back piping hot but tha'ts flying in triple digits

are you flying off 1 6s ? i cant re program my castle esc my vbar is set for external gov when i try to lower head speed it says to low for governong that is anything below 1500. I picked up 2 5000ma 5s and hovered it seemed high but good. i was going to make a parelel jumper for 2 6s

1 6s 5000 pack or 2 wired parallel i have a 700e i would like to hover slow rpm just wondering if i would get slightly better power and longer flight time if i made a parallel jumper in place of the series jumper ?

Impressive hover. I am also interested into scale flying. I got a 470L, my first heli. What pitch and throttle curves do you suggest to have a nice hover besides the gears combinations that you said. Thanks.

I always read DFC is no good for low head speed because the dampers are too hard and the blades can't "flap". But it seems these machines fly fine with it. I'm wondering if I should spend the money converting to a conventional FBL head.

you running hard DFC dampers? i thought it would shake running low HS

Hi Felix, those blades are from the 800 Trekker, I don't use the stock 780mm as they are not stable enough for my flying style.

Hi wondering could you do soft 3d with that head speed got 500 and with the idel up speed iv got it scares the crap out of me what curves would you recamend.

Thanks for the replies. The Trekker is setup for a low head speed of 1080, it's been re-geared with a different pinion and main gear. Also using a 12s setup. I use the vbar so have the vbar control radio which includes telemetry so the radio tells me all the info I need to know including time left, RX voltage, flight pack info and head speed.

You just running 6 cell? I do this with my 800 it's surprisingly fun!

rock solid hover but I would expect that from somebody who has a Align 800, Im new to the hobby just started this summer have a 550x and 500x so when I see a hover of that length and stability I am impressed

That is one nice machine. Next video make an inverted hover for 15 min. Just out of curiosity how much battery life did you have left. I never seen a heli fly that long.

Thanks for all your comments, I'm surprised at how many views this has had as its just a boring vid of me hovering, I thought most people would only be interested in hardcore 3D. I love to see these big heli's in a stable hover but a lot of people think there is no skill in that.
