Fitness Channels Worth the Bell 🔔
These are channels that I recommend to those who prefer to feel better rather than to look better. Don't get me wrong, aesthetics are very helpful in day to day life. Aesthetics give you more confidence and make you more desirable in society, but you should also be healthy. Through my fitness journey I struggled to lose weight, and I always injured myself because I would watch channels that had no scientific studies. The channels shown are the complete opposite. I urge everyone to watch these guys.
I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES! PLEASE SUPPORT THE CREATORS!

Animal/movement flow 2
Переглядів 43 тис.4 роки тому
I am astounded by the positive feedback of the last video. I never knew that so many people would enjoy animal/movement flow as much as I do. Over the past year movement Training has blown up and more and more videos have surfaced of people attempting it. One of the main reasons I had not posted earlier is because I did not want to show the same channels as before. Just as before I DO NOT OWN A...

    The Mike Fitch animal flow groups are not very impressive. They lack originality and freedom. The other teachers Ido, Cameron, Vahva and Strength Side are all focused on the creator/teacher, we don't really get to see their students. But the Mike fitch is so uniform and controlled and limited, like MacDonald, you are able to recognize them without there teacher.

    I would say this is inspired by Brazilian Art of Capoeira, Capoeira its the name of the grass they use to train and therefore they improved the movements from Animals ;) I can bet capoeira its the main inspiration for this modality. Therefore it's very interesting but Capoeira much more complete and complex and much much harder.. Axé!! By the way very cool!

    holy shit! I've just learned about primal/ animal movement exercise and I am in awe. I have been slowly teaching myself to dance and have been craving the ability to toss myself around on the floor (in a controlled way, like these guys) but I am not flexible or strong enough to get myself back up smoothly. I want to be able to move like a child again! This video has me absolutely sold on this form of exercise/art form. It's beautiful!

      Watch videos from guys showed in this compilation. There are also nice introductions for beginners, if you search for "Animal flow". This is niche workout, so even in the bigger cities, you may have problem with find proper tutor. Maybe try this at yours own place with some basic moves. But if you prefer learning things with instructor and group, and have not animal flow classes in your neighborhood, maybe you shoud look at the capoeira society - this is similiar, popular and have far more solid theory and practice core.

    • @mateuszkozak6996
      @mateuszkozak6996 4 роки тому

      @@Rzyczkowski Wow, thank you for your kindness and help👍 I shall definitely do some of my own research on "Animal Flow". After all, it shouldn't be too hard, I mean the core main goal is to simply move right 😂😂

    • @Rzyczkowski
      @Rzyczkowski 4 роки тому

      @@mateuszkozak6996 It is simple and free off charge. Pretty new therefore have no useless envelope off "technical purism". At first look at basic animal positions ABC (A-Ape B- Beast C- Crab) practice each one position and then try to make "flow" beetwen them. Learn and fun; I see it that way. Pozdrawiam Cię.

      Ximena Montalvo perdón pero mí español no está tan bueno, aunque mís Padrés son de México. Pero yo miró este tipo de ejercicio más como movimiento que danza (dance). Danza es más rápido y concentrado en el otro paso de mover. Esto es más concentrado en movilidad, flexibilidad y no pensamiento en el paso segundo. Los dos son deficil pero diferente.
