Yes, true. “Clickers” are the worst at times. And tend not to get paid for the time it takes to put them in. My record was 3300 in a 300 sheet house. I couldn’t believe it. Told the owner we are both going to take a loss here.

…more than 3300 clickers. That’s the count when I put them in before I started any mud work. Probably another 400 screws when going over them a second time mudding.

It actually is very simple, once learned. You would think the learning is very easy with basic mud skills. But I kinda give up hope, because it does not seem to be a hot sell in this trade. And I’ve been unsuccessful in getting folks to do it without a mess or pinholes. And mixing the mud the right consistency has to be right on. A shake my head cause it should be easy, yes.

Not sure about the screw box, but on my flat box thick outside line means muds too thin , shits not square or my blades aren't correct

If you twist your wrist closest to the nailspotter in either direction it will leave an edge on the opposite side. Keeping the wrist straight will leave a nice finish

Try tape tech, tape master, columbia. I do not like blue line/premier nail spotter at all. Never use level 5, but could be subpar tool cause frustration. Ok
