I had the firing pin removal tool slip out once or twice. It's a real pain to figure out yourself and I wish I found this video sooner before I had to figure it out myself at 3am one late night. I ended up chalking the cocking piece in a vice and using the bolt knob to pull and slide the tool back in. I will be using your method from now on if it happens again.

Too bad you messed with the factory Tikka bolt handle angle I've had to buy elsewhere.

Thanks for the video, but the video photography was piss poor. Why you felt the need to edit the video and use video footage of the guy putting the part together at a distance is beyond my comprehension...

Great idea! Unfortunately, this won’t fit my Two Vets ‘The Kit’ tripod (30mm diameter). A couple of thoughts for accessories: a wind flag holder would be awesome! I use a McCloud Precision wind flag with an Arca mount, and it’d be great if the Arca could rotate 90° so the flag sits parallel to the tripod leg-avoiding the risk of snapping the stem when storing it in my range bag. Another idea is a Picatinny rail option; I’d love to attach my Garmin Xero with the Grey Ops quick-release adapter, which mounts to a small Picatinny. Just some food for thought!

What's the difference in the bolt handles on the gen 1 and gen 2 that make them not compatible with one another?

Just bought 2 new wolfs with the konus scopes. All the videos about accuracy have md concerned. Ive been muzzleloader hunting for 40 years. Ive had knight inline. Great accuracy. I bought the cheapest Thomps6center available a few years ago. Super accurate. It was like plinking with a 22, thats how accurate it was. Taking the wolfs to the range tomorrow. Hope I'm not disappointed.

The Bargara barrel is the problem. You can't fix the accuracy problem.

My wife purchased an MDT XRS stock for me last Christmas because I was going to get a Ruger american rifle. But then I heard they were coming out with the gen 2. My question is, for anyone is has anyone tried this stock on the new Ruger? Please comment. Thanks for the video.

All I want is mod fire pin base for X bolt. Small hole in side of base when gun is cocked. Use a short pin slip in , remove bolt, unscrew cocking piece. Remove the cover first, 2 set screws.

Hi Cody, thanks for the video. I was just in Utah with a buddy hunting deer on the general muzzleloader hunt. I had an open site set up with a front and rear peep site and my buddy had your red dot site. My open site set up is amazing but in low light, I can’t see very well, does your red dot one power set up allow for extra light gathering For low light situations? Thanks, Curt

I used an adjustable cresent wrench to fit tightly on the shank, just above the little "ears". Push down (as shown in video) and reinsert the tool.
