Its not actualy a scam, As myrrh is almost impossable to find in high quality without spending a fortune on at least online. But most of the ones that do exist are low quality myrrh from scraping bark, Which usualy includes it because in those countrys they burn the wood too as most countrys do. But for Westerners who only burn the resins, i could see how they would see it as a scam. But it is still myrrha, its just lower quality myrrh.

How do you take your b9ne broth? And this is .y firstti.e making b9ne broth.I used Sally Fallons Nourishing Broth book for info on how to do it. I used alot of chicken feet, chicken backs and necks. It says for a gelatinous stock to start with cold water, apple cidar vi egar and bring to heat slowly. Then simmer 4 - 6 hours. I cant beleive that it actually was very gelai ous by the morning! Im so excited!
