Retirement And Vacation Home In Cambodia
Nice scenery and there are sidewalks in Siem Reap, I like that. I wish other cities in Cambodia have sidewalk too.
I know right? It is very nice.🎉
They wear male purse a lot now a day in Cambodia
They do
Directions / location on Google maps would be nice ? What road or highway is that ? Directions from Siem Reap ? Also - is this near your farm ?
I can picture myself having that breakfast and a nice coffee!
You are a local why are you making a video as if you are a foreigner ? If you will make videos from the point of view of a local person the videos will be more authentic and different.
Read the Thumbnail!!! I'm not a local
@@self-sufficientandearlyret8756 Who owns the farm ?
He is a returning person having lived and completed his Working Life in America

No, no food poisoning. 🎉
I envy you for being retired in such a beautiful place and nice weather ! Here in Kentucky we had an inch of snow twice a few days apart. It melted quickly but it's cold @ 25 F and uncomfortable with a high of 30 ! = It sucks !!! > As of 'now' - S R is 77 F @ 11:30 PM. ---- I'm jealous and really do wish I was there ! Enjoy what you have there my friend - not everyone is as fortunate..... ❤👍🙏✌👌🎯🤗
Stay warm and safe 🎉🎉
Flights go every day . $1000 a month is more than enough

We've been traveling to all over in SE Asia since our retirement. Our top three for retirement would be Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. We built a 40 unit guest house 20 years ago in Mondulkiry for our retirement plans with cooler weather and beautiful nature. As we're aging, we want to move closer to the main city with reliable medical center. We're selling our guest house now and move on with another plans. Sharing is caring. Good luck with your retirement plans 🎉
Very nice ❤thank you
I just wandering why you not living in your farm house?
Too quiet, and lonely
Wow so cheap I paid $25 +tip of $5 here in California. 😂
Different countries different prices 🎉🎉
Nice haircut with reasonable price that cool
Thanks 👍
New hair cut/ new man look
Thanks 🎉🎉
I stayed in Siem Reap for about a year during the Covid pandemic 😷 and it was really nice place to live
Yes it is 🎉
I was going for a walk about two weeks ago and passed a sign advertising haircuts outside a tiny little shed. The shed was just big enough for a chair and a sink and that was it. Outside, there was a guy lounging in a hammock who noticed me looking. He came over and asked me if I wanted a haircut. Kal (sp?) gave a nice haircut and a shave for $1.00. Unbelievable. The last few days, I've noticed my hair looking a little shaggy when I take off my scooter helmet, so I think it's time to visit Kal again.
I think that is the one 🎉
I just want to know, did you used to leave in Battambang when you were young brother.
I never live in Battambong.

Welcome back 🎉🎉
😂you can't let your coffee go buddy 😂😂😂
live for coffee it's part of my retirement
❤
thanks for watching
Most cambodians that came to the States in mid 80s or 90s raised their age up to almost ten years so they can get a early retirement. Unlike myself and alot of other Cambodians that came in the late 70s reduced their age about 5 years or more.
True
Can you show us some of the gyms in Siem Reap? What are some of the gym membership?
I will someday
Hi Tachap - You had mentioned retired early from the US. At what age did you retire from the US?
Over 55
I want to retire in Cambodia too
very nice
You can retire comfortably in Cambodia if you don't have health issues. But if you do have health issues Cambodia is not a good place for you. Healthcare in Cambodia is the worst in the world.
You are right about that
How old are you? I'm thinking of retired in Cambodia too. Since I was borned and raised there. My only concerned is that I'm on some Med that they don't have it there and the weather is too hot. I don't like mosquitos, and other bugs. I came to US 43 years ago and it so difficult to adjut to the climate there but I love Khmer food and people there. I'm planning to visit in January 2025 in Bathambong. Hope I can run to you and get some more input about living there. Best Sophal
Good idea is come to visit or stay couple months to see if you can adjust the weather and places. I’m in Siem Reap
You said you stop spending money; and 1st thing you do is spend money on food cart; not 1, but 2? Come one man!
Stop spending money on cars, boats, or big purchases. You not watching to the end that’s why you missed understanding
@ good info; well done.
USA's Greetings to you Mr. TaChap. I read on an expat website based in Cambodia called "Khmer440" and one of the discussion threads says that Cambodia's imported coffee beans from Vietnam are actually roasted corn seeds and cherry seeds or other plant seeds with artificial coffee flavor. If that is true, please don't waste your dollars on those fake unscrupulous businesses. Enjoy your life to the fullest. Do you host people from the United States who want to visit Cambodia?
They certainly have you conned
Yes
I think you start to look younger and younger while retiring in Cambodia.
Thank you 🎉
I retired at 33 years old I am 37 years old now.
Wow very nice 🎉
When you're retired. No more payment except rent. You should retired as early as possible. You still can do a lot staff by yourself. I'm 62 years old and living in Cambodia. I'm enjoying my life more when I was working. Specialy living in Cambodia. Everything is cheaper. I only pay rent $100.00 per month in Kampot province.
Congratulations 🎉
Great video from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 🎉😊
Thanks!
Healthcare and Medicare are very important for retirees. You must be very well thought and planned before something happen and it’s too late.
Good advice on healthcare
