Winter is on its way back to Lofoten, and that means it’s time for new FPV adventures!🚁
After seven weeks of rain and storms, a rare calm day arrived here in Lofoten, giving me the perfect chance to take my Helion 10-inch FPV drone out for a few flights. This time, I explored the scenic Valberg road-a breathtaking route leading to some of my favorite flying spots.

Beautiful locale. But need to find a way to put your antennas (VRX, RC) on the roof so you can fly completely within the heated vehicle. Keeping everything inside also reduces possible electronics problems and saves your hands & fingers. Also, it just looks weird driving by and seeing 1 or 2 guys with video goggles on their faces with their mind's in the clouds. 👍
****What radio and receiver would be a good long range setup? Radio Master GX12? Which reciever DBR4 or new Xr4?
How do you get 15-20 minutes flight time with 5200mah? I have to land after 10 minutes of regular cruising.

Hi Philip, what kind of batteries do you use for these flighs. I just got mine and have a couple of Tattu R-line 5.100 mAh, do you think those will be ok, or should I for for bigger lipos og Li-ions?

A work of art. Beautifully done -- sailing like a bird and making that amazing mountain and scenery the subject, not the drone .. as cinematic fpv ought to be. I'm also impressed how stable that Helion was at that altitude from the OSD footage, not even mid throttle oscillation though your style of piloting (always slightly turning) I'm sure helped.. amazing.
