It's been 4 years since I've found this mod and write a comment how great, excellent, awesome and amazing your mod is and we are playing Rayman 2 using it every time! But I must ask you, as we are enjoyng Rayman 3 a lot as well and I don't want to impose myself but it's just a question: have you ever considered to make a first person mod for Rayman 3 (PC)?

Would've been neat if one pirate method would make the game many times harder. If you wanna be cheap then so does the game. You want it, work for it.

I own two original disc with Rayman (one I bought recently for retail price of 1 dollar) and to play the actual game I had to download emulated version on some site that actually wokrs on windows 10, I hope me paying for two discs of Rayman 2 makes me morally good since I no longer have pc with windows xp or lower.

This must be Globox's and Uglette's speaking voices in the PS2 version of the game, which is Rayman 2 Revolution.

I never knew the game went this far with the anti piracy. I remember encountering the pirate face thing, as a kid. Some of these changes make the game seem something right out of a creepypasta.

Theres way more mysteries bro like Fundamental Musical Harmonic Ratios like The Octave 2:1 being represented by the First 3 Levels having 2 with no Side Levels and 1 with a Side Level, The Perfect Fourth Represented by Levels 3 and 4 Having Side Levels, The Perfect Fifth being represented by The First 5 Levels having 3 Levels without side Levels and 2 Side Levels.... Also a Big Important Mystery of the Periodic Table... The Hall of Doors has 21 Levels Total.... 18 Mainline Levels and 3 Side Levels... Argon is Element 18 and The end of Row 3 on the Periodic Table.... Row 4 Starts with Potassium and then comes Calcium 20 and Scandium21 ... Scandium is The Start of The Great Expansion of the Periodic Table... i am For Sure very damn certain they knew what they were doing with the Design of the Hall of Doors bro....

Apparently This Build Is After E3 1998 Build, Since It Had Same Changes As E3 Build Hads But Upgraded For The Most Part

When Rayman stops running he does an animation that is also seen in the final version as leftover in the Woods of Light after the conversation with the baby globoxes. It's pretty annoying by the way to see him doing that all the time, glad they changed it.

Damn, even if it isn't a build with the tank controls it's still a lot. Hoping more comes out of this, and also more prototypes of Rayman games.

I just noticed, there doesn't appear to be any Green Lums here, but you do respawn in set points when you drown, do they set checkpoints invisibly in this build?

I imagine Ly's later removed swim animation was still used here, hence the swimming section in the Time Race.

this is incredible! really interesting to see the old HUD in motion, tank controls, and how certain things remained in the PS1 (lums and cages) and 3DS (how respawning works) versions.

You beta watch out robin or ul bi soft when a lawsuit comes

(7:15) Murfy being released from the cages like in the PS1 version and the early design of the lums (8:10) that would also be used in that version. Neat.

This time race looks insane

Shooting with fists feels obsolete in comparsion to power balls in this beta build. I think that maybe in earlier builds power balls will be unlocked later in the game. Probably only usable thing is potential hit, when it returns to Rayman.
