And the army Khalid has, was sons of warriors who train in the basic manners of swordsmanship and archery. The Fremen, were literally born a warrior, not like the Sardaukar but destined to combat what has been offered them. Duncan didn't exaggerate when his first encounter; they fight like demons

Sting was better

Dune 2 was missing the Weirding Modules. Doesn't make sense without them. I just can't suspend my disbelief that much.

Of all the muscle bound meat heads that have taken to the big screen, IMHO Dave Bautista has the growing Dramatic chops to become a serious dramatic actor if he's given a chance. I would have enjoyed seeing more of him and less of Rebecca Ferguson. Bautista like most of the main cast, at least read the book to get a grasp on his character. Ferguson couldn't be bothered with having to read such childish rubbish... LOL, talk about self-important.

3:34 Is no one gonna talk about how the princess spoke to stop Paul and to spare her father's life? Before going to Arrakis she said to the Reverend Mother "you've been preparing me for this my entire life" , and when the moment came she didn't hesitate and willingly became Paul's bride. It's a great act coming from the princess because this proves how much she loves her father

Am I the only one who felt the Emperor seemed a bit "weak" in his presence ? I mean, it is the Emperor, the ruler of Imperium. I know he had little screen time and the character (and/or the actor) is quite old but even so, it felt like he didn't seem with an imposing presence, the princess was seen with more attitude fit to her position. The emperor was like he barely could stand up against Paul, like he had little inner strength

I remember watching this move in IMAX the first time. The silence when Paul fought Feyd was insanely loud. The whole movie I felt like I was inside the movie and was a witness of everything
