I've been visiting this Chapel & Estes Park since the 90s. Decades later, the scenery of Mt. Meeker still completely breathtaking!!! Awesome vid bud👊🏽👊🏽

When I was growing up in Cheraw, a tiny village just a few miles from La Junta, we would encounter hundreds of them crossing the road. It was impossible not to run over a few. We hated that. They were right at the top of the ridge coming out of North La Junta. It has been awhile since I have lived there but that may be a good place to check. They are very cool little creatures.

You need to visit the cities of Porto, Aveiro and the sacred land of Fátima, and see the beauty of the country of Portugal, hugs.

Haha I'm from La Junta. Vogel Canyon is one of my favorite places in the world. Love our Tarantulas

The river’s name isn’t tiger , but “Tejo”, Rio Tejo.

Lisboa is a beautiful city, with rich history. A side note - during the 1755 Earthquake much of the City which was Riverside was of course devastated - along with this, was the destruction of building which were holding a significant amount of the Portuguese Historical Maps etc. Which may well have been the greatest treasure that Portugal had garnered. The information contained was in the hands of the Portuguese Only. It was confirmation of the discoveries in the East, some of which is not credited to this very day. I’m glad you did highlight the Tower of Belem and the Monument to Infante Dom Henrique and the Discobradors, perhaps the Geronimo’s Monastery could have been shown. I remember the first time I saw a picture of these steps that was taken from the summit or the false summit looking down, I thought it was something that had been photoshopped.

Just a note, the second is the only flatiron that I'd ever recommend non-climbers free solo. It's a class 4 scramble more than a climb and almost every CU student has managed it drunk at some point. Downclimbing is where people usually get hurt on it but, once you hit the top, look north and youll find a small drop that you can hop off right back onto the trail
