Yeh I got mine first week so I got the same and headphones and a Honor tablet that I sold on so they do great deals. That's what I'll be looking for in my next phone, the other stuff they throw in because I was very happy with the additional stuff I got

Can I ask what type of music you'd be listening to. I get that lhdc is higher quality but for most it's really good, I use my OnePlus buds all the time and the audio I get is really impressive. The curve I really like, it's not that bad truthfully,it's ever so slight. And the notch is useful for face detection, and good for portraits. So it does have it's uses, I'm not sure there is a better way of having it I don't think?? It is a solid choice, for most I would say but not perfect for all.. what phone are you looking at ?

@@JustStephen89 Thank you for your reply! I just bought the oneplus buds pro 3 and they sound really good with my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. It's a shame it does not have LHDC to check and see if there is a noticeable difference! To be honest, I don't want to buy another Samsung. The battery starts degrading a lot over time, the device gets laggy after only a year and few months and in general I expectted better performance from Samsung. I am checking out the Xiaomi 14 ultra, oneplus 12, honor magic 6 pro and the ZTE nubia z60 ultra leading edition. All of them are available for a relatively good price for my market. I don't want to spend over 1000 euros for a device again. But, I am looking for a smartphone that has at least similar camera performance to my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I don't care about the selfie but the back cameras. The only reason that I'm not seriously considering the nubia z60 ultra is that I read a lot of bad comments regarding software updates and security patches. I use my phone for work as well, security is of the utmost importance for me. Anyways, looking forward to seeing more tech reviews from your channel soon! You explain things very precisely! That's a great looking watch. The OnePlus Nordic that is.. I only got the 2r because of the green, Ive got a thing for bits of green on watches. The pixel watch won't have the battery,that's why I didn't wait for it to come out. And not too keen on all the Fitbit stuff. I'll measure my wrist and get back to you lol 👍🏾

Hi, the call quality is brilliant, I've not had issues at all, nice and clear both ends, also the speakers are excellent so loud speaker is really good as well

I highly recommend the Honor. Not to say Samsung isn't great because it is. But honor is the new guy so it's trying new things and trying harder to compete. As an up and comer it does everything the Samsung does but more. If you want a phone with the best battery in 2024, hands down this is the one to get. There both fast, there both more than capable. But I'd get another Honor without questions

I have s24u and I'm not very impressed with it honestly. Battery life is OK, the phone is fast, but I don't like cameras mostly. Camera doesn't have "sport" or similar function for moving objects. Brightness is kinda weird. Focusing is not good in auto mode. I bought it for a very good price though. Thinking of moving to magic 6pro. Battery life and processor is similar, camera is better in some ways (m6pro lacks good zooming).

My honest thoughts.. I love it, honestly. I've read and seen some bad stories but I can say it's been almost faultless. My issues are the camera colours when going from main camera to like 2x zoom..the colours change slightly. Noticeable but not in a bad way just different. It's a bug of mine. Another issue is the keyboard, less of an issue because I swipe text but sometimes I type it all out. It's not always correct and accurate. Nothing else, everything else works well. Not had any, like any freezing or black screens. No random restarts. Nothing like that. It's been great. I'm so happy with this phone, it does everything I need. I can take shorts, edit them on here and post them and you'd never know it was all done on a phone it's that good.

Another good phone, I've only had one OnePlus phone and that was the 8 but a lot of reviews say it's a really good phone with great software. The Honor is the same I'd say but with a far superior camera and battery.

I've never got hands on with the Xiaomi. But I had the 13t and that was a great phone so I'd say if it's an improvement on that which I'm sure it was then it's a great phone. The Honor I've had lots of experience with and can comfortably recommend this to everyone. It's good at almost everything 👍🏾. I'd go for the Honor because you get better deals and it's cheaper 👌🏾

I don't play games really on my phone. Pubg would work perfectly fine at 120fps because it's a beast of a phone and it's powerful. I don't really do FPS meters or tests like that, best tests are using it and it handles everything really well

Hi, thanks a lot. I agree the zoom isn't very good if I'm honest. I've had better results with older phones. If you don't need to zoom your fine or if you want to zoom 5x it's brilliant but more and you can notice things. The rest of it though is soo so good. S23 ultra is a mega phone aswell 👍🏾

I'm sure I am, that's the point. I'm usually good with typing but with this phone it's harder for some reason.

Every other phone I've had my typing is spot on. So now that I'm using this phone it's not and that's all I'm saying. It's not just me either I've had other comments that say the same thing. So it's not me typing wrong, nice one though

Do you want access to Google store without having to do work around and all that stuff? If you do you have to rule out the Huawei. I've not had any time with the Pura so I cnt give an opinion. But my opinion on the Honor is that it's one of the best 2024 phones you can get. Without any doubts

​@@JustStephen89 Thanks. I'm totally fine without the google store-apps. The less google bloat the better imo. I am leaning towards the Magic6 tho as it is a well rounded phone.. They are in a similar price range, quality and specs.. Too many choices :)

As an old Matepad 11 user ( SD 865 ) and P20 pro, Huawei is still a viable choice of smartphone. The absence of Google is easily replaced by G Box and other stores ( Aurora Store which emulates the Play Store without Google ). On the software side, if you know what you're doing, you can go. The only downside is the lack of 5G, which you need today. And the price too, the Magic 6 Pro cost less than Mate 60 Pro and Pura 70 line up ( in this economy I'd rather save for something else ). It all depends on your needs. Compare the smartphones, their pros and cons and you'll get your choice ( Me personally, because Honor and it's software reminds me of Emui, my next smartphone is Honor magic 6 Pro or a Xperia 1 V )

You'll like it a lot I bet. I couldn't agree more though,it's price outs it apart from the others, I'm not entirely sure why they compare them, I think because of the specs but it's not fully trustworthy when it's 100s less expensive. Honestly it's a brilliant phone

As an Honor Magic6 Pro owner I'd recommend that you get the Vivo X100 Pro instead.

It's a big jump to go iOS to android or the other way. What's your thinking behind it? It's a great phone the Honor and id recommend it to anyone as it's features are jam packed. What you get on this phone and how fast and reliable it is with a whopper of a battery put it right at the top of lists for me. But for an iPhone user, they make it so hard to get out of iOS, if your wanting an android for a while I'd say yes definitely go for it

I can't say, I've not used the Vivo. I've never used one, I can only say I've heard good things about it but I've not even seen one in real life lol.. Honor for me it's a great phone and something I'm sure you'll enjoy using however 👍🏾

Tbf I'm unsure. I nearly got the magic 5 pro last year. But held off for no reason at all. The magic 5 camera is mega and I know the battery is good too. Software will be very similar but I'd say the magic 6 is an increase on all of it. All in all it's a great phone. Worth the upgrade yes but I'd also be happy to keep the 5 I think?

I'd put the OnePlus 12 in there aswell as a top phone of 2024. So many to choose from, that will all do a really good job

Lol I'm a pro at swipe type but sometimes you need to press individual letters and that's where the problem lies. Any recommendations about the camera app? I use the stock one at the minute. If think for a flagship phone it should have done better when it comes to the camera's, not that they are bad because there not but certainly fine tuning bits of it to make it overall a better camera app and camera phone 👍🏾

It's not a gboard problem though, I've used gboard on all my other phones with no issues so it can't be just that

Huawei have, Honor haven't been banned. I'm in the UK and I picked mine up here on a carrier. There no longer connected. However with Huawei I do think it was real, I had a Huawei at the time but got rid of it because of that

I've used gboard for years and years and is my go to keyboard. The issue isn't gboard but a technical thing with Honor

I've recently used a Xiaomi device.. loved it, really loved it. But it was the 13t pro and the camera was pants. That was the only downside,apart from that it was a brilliant phone. The 14 has top cameras so a great choice. Samsung will be Samsung, great phone I'm sure. I just think if you think of android you think of Samsung, so I tried to look outside the box. Only reason I went for something different. Honor is making some great phone and this is definitely a great phone. A great choice but all 3 are great 👍🏾

I think honor but I'm biased. The Xiaomi 14 will be brilliant though. I had the 13t pro before this and loved it, so both really good choices. Flip a coin, let that be the decider

It does sound and look like an absolute beast of a watch, but I'm an android guy so it won't work. And I dunno if I can justify the price for an ultra.. Glad it works for you though. What's the battery life like ?

@@JustStephen89 makes sense to buy an android watch for your situation correct. I don’t justify the price either but for my situation I’m a delivery driver so I need Apple Maps to certain destinations and phone calls through out the day .. battery life is a little better if you do low power mode once you enable the feature. If Rolex were to simple watch with the same features I would have gotten one .

That's how I see them aswell, but I want to get one and just use it properly and see. I don't need a wallet on it or anything just nice and simple. I love my dive watches though 👍🏾

Hi, my latest video where I talk about smart watches I'm using this lens. Not the best but not the end of the world either .. I'll do a video using it and explain more in week or so 👍🏾

Yeh I love divers, that's what got me into watches, didn't like the "pretty" wrist watches, I wanted something a bit chunky and robust. Garmin you say? Any recommendations? Other than Garmin what would you be looking at? I need a few options

@@JustStephen89 Yeah, that’s exactly what I like about divers too. I’ve never gone diving, so it’s just for the looks and the feel that I buy them 😉 Have you ever owned the Citizen JP-2000? Imo the coolest diver in the world 😀💪 Regarding Garmin’s smartwatches, I would especially check out their Fenix series if I were you 😉 Casio has also made a few smartwatches that you might find interesting. For instance, I have the GPR-B1000. I absolutely love it, mainly for the chunky design, but for most people it’s probably a bit too chunky 😏
