Seems like a silly question to be honest. It all’s depends on what the shot requires.

With high shots I feel I can control distance and how the ball lands with more ease. When chipping I feel I can put more spin and control how the ball lands, whereas when pitching I feel I have little control as to how or where the ball lands because I have less spin and can be rolling through different terrain/grass

I was taught to do neither grips, just to grip the club like a baseball bat, it worked and then i got a coach and i was told to do a interlock or overlap, and it messed me up, but i have to do one of them bc of my coach

To be fair… the drain was there. It’s hard to imagine making the kind of money that he makes… while also having drains scattered about. I feel like some sort of drain expert has Rory’s representatives outside their door.

Not sure I understand the comment at 1:12 that you want the club face square to engage the bounce and make the club slide over the sand instead of digging in. Squaring or closing the club face will reduce the bounce compared to an open face, no?
