I have such a respect for NICU nurses! I literally wouldnt be alive w/ out y’all! Was born 3months premature at 2.2lbs and they said I wouldn’t make it through the night. Those nurses made sure to prove the doctors wrong! I never get tired of hearing my grandma tell me the story of the day I was born. Thank you for everything you do, and you have a beautiful family!❤

I love this for you mom!! But as a healthcare worker and a member of society, id rather have a nurse that was rested. This is why they no longer do 24 hour nurse shift. So this should be included at home, especially as a NICU nurse! You need to make sure your alart to your job 100%

Same if my child not up to it I let them rest at home
