My friend had a 2004 Kawasaki Zx 12r and with 2 people on it it would run 196 miles an hour. It was a hell of a fast machine that deserved a hell of a lot of respect

I have ridden a Ninja H2 SX SE+ that my friend owned, which is technically a literbike... with a big honking supercharger on it. My day-to-day is a Ninja 650 from 2012. Going from 72 HP to 202 HP is one HELL of a step up, but it's not as scary as people think. If you approach the power with respect and maturity, and build up your sensation for when the engine curves into the powerband, anything is rideable, even a 1400. It's that many people will get a bit greedy on the throttle and give'r right off the lot, spin up the rear, and wipe out. After I spent an hour going up and down the road on my buddy's H2, I took it on the highway, and with a steady wrist and respect, got it up to 6,000 RPM where the supercharger comes in, and it was a goddamned hyperspace button.... just "oh this isn't so baaaaAAAADDDHOLYSHITTHEPOWER!" XD Let's just say that once I shifted into third, I glanced quickly at the speedo and then gently added both front and rear brakes to get the bike down to... ahem.... somewhat legal speeds :B And he even said, it's not his first bike. It's his first LITER bike. So I assume that he has gear, knowledge, and a healthy dose of maturity with owning such a powerful sport tourer.
