I like my Western Star's I have 12 of them and won't look at another brand. I use to run Kenworth until 2009 they stopped offering Detroit in 2005 and started buying star's because of the Detroit.

One plus to the bobcat mt100 is the ability to use stardard ssqa attachments. While the it is narrower by a few inches, the locking pins still line up with the holes on the attachment.

Amazing work! Our last house, the pavers the builder used was horrible. We think the asphalt got cold, places didn’t pack and pieces would blow off loose. They sealed it to stop that, but it left dips and low places where water stood when it rained. That stuff drives me crazy!

The Ditch Witch sounds like it has way more power than the others. Doesn’t bog down as much when going into piles.

Vermeer CTX100/160 is the best mini on the market imho. Fast ground speed, solid build and heavy lift capacity. Hydraulics are more than enough for any high or low flow attachments. The bobcat is too underpowered. I love bobcat as a company too but they need to up the specs on the power. Trying to multi function is terrible. Just bogs way down. The CTX 100 can handle pretty much whatever you throw at it. Ditch which would be my second choice. They use powerful engines and hydraulics. At the end of the day it all comes down to dealer support but it helps if the machine is capable of producing. Just my 2 cents

Just requested a quote! Looks like an awesome product, would you set your ski assuming compaction. 1/2” + at 2” pave? I’m curious to see how it holds up in areas that are a little thin. (Matching the edge not accounting for compaction) Keep crushing it man your videos are great.

I’m guessing the case bogging down was due to it not being turbocharged, but not sure. The kubota is turbocharged.

The Wacker Neuson dealer seems pretty solid. Id be looking for the best dealer support and parts/ service support. They are all great machines but what dealer will be there to support you the best when you need parts, service, attachments etc…

How do you like the Mauldin?? I currently have a Weiler P65 and we are having a hard time keeping up with production. It’s slow and struggles with pulls wider than 12’. I’m considering a Weiler 285 but they want over 225k. Trying to weigh my options. We have been paving a little over a year patching etc for 5. Awesome videos by the way keep it up!!
