Good stuff!
there's a remix floating around somewhere on the internet (maybe, if it's still there) it makes the song super intense, I'd say 10x better. I lost the cd I burnt it to, no clue who the remix artist was. Anyone have any ideas just from this description who the remixer would be
ua-cam.com/video/bRB-llKMdiE/v-deo.html one of these?

Yep. this spring is the predicted release
Knew that was him, but I couldn't find any proof other than my opinion as the greatest Hives fan to exist
Lead singer of The Hives is Pelle Almqvist is featured in this particular song.
Zawesome.
Yes, it's Pelle!
100% RIGHT ON FIERCE!
@AblocLira that was exactly what I was asking myself before I wrote your answer :D
@rinsimyaldee1 but wouldn<t it be grand if they did more originals?

@benkordusyeah yep, its Pele from the Hives man.
I hear him, but I don't see him.
This track is spot-on, very danceable. The Clash + Radio 4 ?

This is a pretty crackinn song B-)
Lmao thts exactly what i thought
2007 was a good year.
it sounds like the hives' singer
Who gives a crap if it describes a certain style of music? If other people know what it is when you say it then the name has done it's job, pure to the scene or not
Isn't it Pelle Almqvist from the Hives who's singing?
New rave is indie kids thinking they've "rediscovered" the rave movement. Any other description is bullshit.
You gotta know, but fact is that the style of music that is practiced by Punks Jump Up is commonly known as NuRave, whether they like this appellation or not... I mean there needs to be kind of signification for a certain kind of music, Disco Punk would maybe match for PJU, but definitely not for other bands with a more or less same style as PJU (for example TV On The Radio or Junior Boys) Hope you get what i'm trying to say ;)
Uhm.. no. "Punk" was used by people MAKING the music FIRST, especially in reference to EACH OTHER. So... no, it wasn't a media construct, my friend. Sorry. In fact, the first mass use of the term was by Ed Sanders, who used it to market a tour and to describe an album. Unlike NuRave, which was created by media and is hardly ever used by the people making so-called NuRave, save ironically or with reluctant contempt.
do u think Punk is no media construct?
But NuRave is a media construct that no one takes seriously, least of all those bands supposedly associated with it. Disco Punk or Dance Punk.
Nu Rave actually
this track it's on "kitsuné maison compilation Vol 4", i dunno if they also relased this track as a single. Cheers
