The GT4 car has had the hybrid system removed. The fuel cell fits where the hybrid batteries would normally be. As a result, we only make around 430hp on this map.

this lap is fairly late in the run, so understeer was a factor.

That is wind buffeting with the tiny sliding window in the driver's door, it starts around 225kph in 5th gear.

This was a reference lap for a client - so I ran the car in the settings he drives it with. ABS position 1, and ESP in its lowest intervention setting. In my experience, there isn't too much time on the table turning motorsports ESP completely off.

@@adfmotorsports Thanks for the reply. I'm just curious if this car is manageable if the back end breaks traction? Seems quite planted and hard to upset it's balance from the video

@@SparkySubie On lap 2 in turn 7 (club corner) you can see the car rotates and I countersteer. In the data there is no traction control intervention here, and the car was very predictable and easy to catch. The GT4CS is an inherently stable, neutral, predictable race car. They are infinitely easier to find pace than say a GT3 Cup that requires a more involved, aggressive driving style.

@@adfmotorsports Thanksfor the explanation, this is helpful as I’m trying to find which sim simulated it most authentically and so far Asseto Corsa feels best save for how unusually easy it is to catch a wide powerslide on slicks. AMS2 .and AC competizione also felt good. Wondering if you’ve done any sim racing and can comment?

@@SparkySubie Apologize for the slow response! I sim extensively on iRacing. I personally find Asseto Corsa is wildly unrealistic. Curb feel and off track feel are off to me as well as the way tire wear and heat happen. I find iRacing has the best scans of the tracks I want + the cars are closer to right. The M4 GT4 is fairly close on the current tire model as is the 992 cup.

Unlikely, scrubs to stickers is about 1 second on this car, with this tire
