This is one of my favorite episodes…..loved it. I believe i have clairvoyance….sometimes it opens up and other times it closes . It is new for me…Ginette when you mentioned a tube, l see a small white circle in my minds eye and l need people looking in at me but I can’t make out who they are. In them shadow people…..colours swirl around. Sometimes when i am trying to sleep i will see a white light at the right side of my eyes…. I don’t know what to make of it but I like it.

Great conversation… so interesting! My clairs are blocked 😂 But very occasionally I receive clairvoyant flashes I think. It’s a random image that flashes in my mind for a split second. It feels like a camera flash in my mind.

A interesting subject of clairvoyance is the existence of phosphenes. Scientific it is seeing light without an influx of light. Mostly when you rub your eyes you see geometrical forms. But when I meditate eyes closed, after a while I see kind of waves of sort of dim light moving through the black screen of my closed eyes. Sometimes they got a bit of rainbow glows, mostly not. I suppose it is something spiritual.

Once you get to that place, and you can turn to YOU when muddy-shoe-peeps enter your zone, that is true freedom & peace. Challenging and ongoing work to get there, but it’s so worth it. Lisa, I am also one who loves freedom! I recently realized this myself and have started to embrace it, along with my love of exploration, curiosity, and love of new experiences. In childhood, my mom continously called me a "quitter." I had never made that connection until you said what you did. It really helps to have this insight, especially now as I embark on my next big adventure. Thank you!

This was such a deep and truly deeply insightful talk. I had aha moments, and you guys brought up things that I have never thought of! What you said, Elise about self sabotage being an act of potentially rewriting our childhood trauma was something I’ve never thought of before! And yeah, why do we beat ourselves up over it? It really does nothing but perpetuate the act. And Lisa, I am so glad you shared that piece about freedom, self sabotage in giving up and feeling like you’re a quitter! I used to get myself involved actually I shouldn’t say used to. I still do get myself involved with too many projects and then I find myself quitting and getting this strange high from the freedom of release and I think that one of my reasons for being here is freedom too. I also think there’s a part of me that quits before I can disappoint anyone. Wow, this was really good stuff. Thank you all for what you shared! Self sabotage and why we do it is something that has been strongly on my mind lately and this help me think about it in a totally different way! I love you guys! ❤

You ladies have no idea how much I needed to hear this after experiencing a very hard tower moment not long before I clicked on this video - I was headed into the shame spiral and this gave me pause to see/remember the underlying reasons for past behaviours (self protection - a behaviour deeply ingrained from childhood traumas). Your talk has made me see self sabotage in a different way. I always thought it was my fears sabotaging things. In which it could be but I'm seeing it now as things still unhealed or things I need to look at about myself. Which gives a better direction, that feels better " to heal" Again, another great topic.Thank you! 😊❤

Maybe it is a sort of battle between you and ’the others’ (collective). A matter of being or feeling ’normal’. Just follow your excitement and know that ’ normal’ does not exist, it is a false beliefsystem. People need also to understand that the process is more important than the result and it can even improve the result. If you climb a mountain and arrive at the viewpoint, it will be more satisfying than riding up the hill and stop at the viewpoint. The view is the same, but the experience is not. Look also to the message from archangel jophiel channeled by Mel Lawson on 1/18/2025. ’Be at ease with yourself ’...I saw it right after the spirit coffee talk. It proves again, there are no coincidences.

Like, how possibly can free will be found when statistically we see the abuse perpetuate and the trauma just locking in this suffering? HOW how can this be a desire of divine to experience and what why would this be a way to "learn" free will in this type of dynamic..

I realize this is dark But. The karma and intention of great injustice suffering??? I.e. babies that ate milested..what's the lesson in something like that??

Love, love, love all of the messages in this video! I shared it with my daughters. Hoping they both will hear what is needed at this time in their lives. Someimes it is easier to redirect low frequency thoughts/fears, and other times it is difficult, especially for those who experience depression, unresolved trauma or are moving through a difficult time. I very much appreciated the reminder to honor oneself and what one needs in every moment, and how important that is to do with grace. I also loved the message about our previous programming to: plan, do, achieve, and also acknowledging we are exactly where we need to be when we need to be. Great conversations! See you next week!

Really love these chats, you guys. What especially resonated was the talk about expectations and our need for some kind of certainty and reassurance and that we can get caught up looking for it outside ourselves. 2024 was a huge tough transformative year for me and I’ve found myself almost addicted to watching online tarot readings as some way to anticipate what’s coming next to quell the anxiety. It’s a huge important lesson I’m working through right now to accept what is, surrender, trust and allow life to flow without knowing where it’s going, just set an intention for the feeling and joy that I want and not control how it happens. Because I can see from a Birds Eye view that all this tough stuff is the universe clearing the way to get to where I want to be. But when you’re in the trenches it’s sometimes hard to see that.

When I saw that this was a longer episode I said “oh yay” out loud! 🤩 So many great points highlighted! With expectations - I find it so tricky using discernment in having boundaries for what makes us feel safe and authentic, but knowing when to take a step back and be flexible? A very wise explanation of Elyse. I somewhat feel the same. I’m sure about some basic truths , but in difficult situations I feel the negativity and cannot understand why it is happening to me. It’s like I make no progress at all and on other moments everything flows easily.

Thanks for talking about the tiredness during this season. We had a good holiday for the most part but all of us were so tired every day.
