It was at the time of Covid-19 (omicron variant) prevalence, so it was done virtually. Nonetheless, it was still a day of joy for me an...

Wisdom is the principal thing....and in all thy getting, get understanding. Well done dear sister. God bless you. Meanwhile, I just came across your page.
Thank you so much and amen to the prayer🙏🏽
Thank you so much it's great lesson and Idea.
I'm glad you found it useful💕
On point
Thank you🤝🏾
Nice job ma, do you mind sharing where you got your grinder?
Hi👋🏽. Thanks for your comment. It's a commercial grinder in Johannesburg. Are you in Jhb?
Hi Rebecca! Thank you so much for the great tips. The first time I was a bit skeptical, but later I found your method very effective. I am grateful for the detailed instructions. The only difference I made, to separate the seeds before blending (too spicy for me). I stored most of the puree in the freezer (cubes) and a part in a small jar in the fridge covered with oil for protection. I hope the second storage will work for at least a month for quick consumption.
Thank you for your comment. I don't remove the seeds, because I want the spiciness😅. And yes, the second method will also work!
Thank you so much! This is exactly the information I was looking for.
I'm glad you found it useful😇
Wow this is nice am going to do mine this way. It easy and simple unlike using the cloth process ❤
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you found it useful 💕
Nice🎉
❤thank you first order
Very understandable and informative.
Thank you!
Thank you ma'am, I love the way you prepare it sooo neat
Thank you for your kind comment!
@@rebeccaoyerindehello. Thank you for sharing. Beautiful video. I leave in Europe. I really love pap. Did your pap has the authentic pap smell?. How many day would you recommend i soak the corn. Can i put the soaked corn in a warm room as we dont have much sun here. Thank you again for sharing. God bless
@@favourjohnson5844hi there. Yes, it always has that authentic taste and nice smell of pap 😊. The number of soaking days is highly dependent on weather. 3 days is enough during summer and I don't even attempt it during winter any more because the extreme cold weather doesn't allow the fermentation to take place. Yes, a warm environment is highly needed for the fermentation.
@@rebeccaoyerinde thank you for getting back to me. Blessed weekend.
Oh yass I’m so tired of buying 4 I need 24😂
That's the spirit🙂
This was very informative ma'am.Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤
You're welcome 🤝🏽
Interesting process of making akamu. Watching this video brought back memories of my secondary school days. I helped my aunt a lot in making akamu. We preferred making it ourselves to buying in the market. Weldone Dr.
That's a good one! Thanks for your comment Dr💕
Why 9 days ma’am?
Ideally it should be 3-4 days. But I found that the maize kernels I used were unusually hard and there was no sign of fermentation/softening after the typical 3-4 days. Also, I think the weather at that time was not hot enough to facilitate the process. Hence the prolonged number of days. Thanks for your comment/question
❤😂
Foot prints in the snows of time😂
Yes ma😅
I am from Kenya. How much will it cost in Kenya shillings?
I think the best thing to do is to Google what the price will be in Kenyan shillings. Let me know if that helps.
❤❤❤
So gorgeous!!
Thank you💕
A great review. Thanks
Thanks ma
How nice of you to share these tips. It is quite relaxing to know that it is safe and straightforward.
It's such a relief! It took me a long while before trying it out!
Lovely to see the pictures at the end of the video 😊😍. The clothes are beautiful.
Thank you💖
Vele were are you taking all these handbags😎😁
It's a secret😎
First of all let's talk about how beautiful you are 😍 looking very Pretty 🙃😁. If it's okay to use the word.
Oh! That's a lovely thing to say! Thank you so much darling💖
Wow beautiful 😊
Thanks a lot 😊
Wonderful review🙂. You're right when you said shein is not as cheap as you thought 😂 in my experience it's the modest dresses which range close to R300 or more. I love their wide variety in their modest clothes and sizes though so that's why I keep going back instead of shopping locally.
Indeed, their collection of modest wears is impressive! Thanks so much for your comment 💕
Thank you so much for a well informed video on this machine. I have just bought one of these machines and your video was really helpful! Finally your so beautiful 😻 😊❤
Thank you so much🙂
Very helpful
Thank you🙂

Good morning ma please like how many paint rubber of dry guinea corn can make 4kg when iy has been finally drained
I have never user guinea corn before, so I don't know what the final yield will be
Congratulations Dr. This video is a reminder of what God brought us out from. He spared us!
So true. It's not a small feat! Thank you Dr💕
What do you do with all that? Do you resell it?
😅Not at all, they were not resold. It’s bulk buying for the household.
Very helpful. Thank you.
😍😍 Thank you so so much
How long after did you let it let it rest before putting it in the muslin bag? You said till the second day. Do you mean 48 hrs after? Does it spoil if you let it rest more than 24 hrs?
Pap made this way does not spoil easily. The purpose of rest is to allow for separation between the pap and the water. Once you have that, then it’s ok. If you let it rest longer than necessary, the separation may revert and you end up with unsettled pap, especially if it is tightly closed up.
Thank u soo much. ❤ May i ask how long they will last in freezer.?
It depends on how good the freezer is. With a frost-free freezer and stable electricity, you can keep it for a year.
@@rebeccaoyerinde awesome 👍
Can I keep the without freezer how long can it last
So I can use only corn for ogi without adding it anything I want to start the business ma.... I asked bcos many people are adding different things. Good morning
Basically and for beginners, all you need is dry corn. However, other things are usually added like ginger, other grains like millet and sorghum. But if it's for business, I'd advice you stick to the basic - dry corn. If your customers then want varieties, you can make for them based on their specifications.
thank you so much please make more vids
Thank you so much. Yes, I'll be back with more videos.
Oh great that he loves to bake. Dinner rolls look so soft. I love the family chat between you both, "you forgot" "You should have reminded me"😂 . I actually don't bake because one of my kids is allergic to gluten in flour as well as as dairy and egg white, and it's rare to not find any of these in baked food. I probably will try this using a gluten free flour I purchased some time back, will appreciate suggestions for substitutes for egg and milk, if you know any ma.
Thank you for your beautiful comment🥰. So sorry about the situation of allergy. She will be healed by God’s mercy. I have not yet tried to substitute any ingredients in baking. However, there are options out there, like you can try none dairy milk such as coconut, almond etc. For the egg, some suggested the use of water + baking soda + oil, or applesauce, or ground flaxseed and many more. But I think you’ll have to do some trial and error to find what works well for you. Let me know if you’re able to get something done💖
@@rebeccaoyerindeI have tried some of those mentioned, didn't work well for my meat pie, will probably look into others as well.
Am from Zambia want to come and order boxes of apples especially this season how can I get them?
If you’d be coming to SA, you can then chat with the farmers about what you want to do and they will be able to guide accordingly.
Yummy Sis. You are a great cook ma'am
