are you into old digital racks at all? like SPX-90 II and Roland DEP-5. for Zakk Wylde chorus/flanger tone on those old Ozzy records. that's much better than any Boss or MXR.

Besides Edward Van Halen playing a half step down, he also didn’t tune with a tuner. He just tunes his strings so that they are all in tune with each other, with the B string flattened a bit to get rid of the pulsating with the G string, and then Michael Anthony would tune to him.

I think the smooth mode needs to display in cents so it can be more accurately dialed in to match bands like Pantera and Van Halen

Can I kindly ask a question? I recorded my new album in drop a tuning except for one song which is in drop b. I would like to use this plugin to lower the tuning of all the guitars and bass by one step because I wouldn't want to re-record everything. I tried with various transposes, both Cubase and others, but the result is rather poor. Could this product be the solution? Thanks and have a nice day.

It's a f*cking beauty! I've been looking for a Pitch Shifter for quite some time, trying everything from the basics like ReaPitch by Reaper or PitchProof by Aegean to crème et crème like Polycapo by Helix Native and Transpose by Neural DSP, although the last two are the best on the market, the Hypertune by Polychrome DSP is definitely the goat! Don't get me wrong, I'm a bass player and I currently own the Parallax X by Neural DSP, however, being very picky, I wasn't completely convinced by their Transpose tool, but this doesn't mean it's bad, on the contrary, I repeat that it's one of the best on the market, however, looking for other options, reading reviews and watching multiple videos, I found this Plugin, so I decided to try the Hypertune demo, mainly because I was looking for something that would allow me to play in different tunings in real time. After a couple of hours playing different songs with their respective different tunings I have no doubt that this is what I was looking for, I know that it can also be used as an Octaver and among many other functions, which I am sure my guitarist friends will know how to get even more out of, but if you are looking for a Pitch Shifter, this is the best option right now! I have definitely fallen in love with this plugin which is also at an unbeatable price, if like me you already have some Neural plugins, don't be afraid to combine them because the result obtained in combination is simply glorious! Thank you Polychrome for making such a beautiful Plug-in, if you continue like this you will soon be on the podium of digital Plugins for musicians, but for me you are already, as proof of that, this Plug-in, thank you very much again, cheers! 🤘🗿

It's a great plugin. It sounds so much nicer than the other transpose features of Helix Native and Neural DSP. I really notice the artifacts in those other plugins when using the transpose tools, but it's works wonderfully in both the HyperTune plugin and the McRocklin Suite. However, I would like to see a graphical update to indicate on/off for the filter though. That would be super helpful. Cheers 🤘

I’m buying this ASAP. Keep on trying to push the limits with this. If you could do what tonex did with tonex one but with the hypertune? Digitech is going to have to deal with an actual SERIOUS competitor.

any possibility of presets to automatically transpose the regular 440hz to Pantera's 425hz and 435hz tuning?

kinda wish they added a harmonizer with selectable/custom scales (think of waves tune how you can select if you want a note tuned up or down to which scale degree) 😅
