I was in the scourt squad doing rifle drill for the banner on the trooping the colour squadron and i relised the banner squad did the same thing, i think its because they shouldnt face back to the banner but still, who cares it looks good and thats what i care about right ? ;)
If I'm not correct, the escort on the left of the banner party, at 4:03 had about turn anti-clockwise as opposed to clockwise, was this correct of her to do so?

Just a note, I know you commented 8 months ago but the Banner Party in the video aren't quite members of the RAF and as such can't be called Airmen. They're members of the Air Training Corps (also known as Air Cadets) which are part of the RAF but on a youth organisation level. They're equivalent to the JROTC in America.
As a Yank (20 years USAF), I find all of this quite odd and very interesting. I teach drill and ceremonies in the US and have done for several years. I enjoy watching other countries do similar things (in the US we call this a Color Guard or Color Team competition). Well done to the Airmen in this video; much training and even more practice is very evident in this performance. The DrillMaster (dotorg)

The idea is to always turn facing the banner therefore the anti-clockwise about turn was correct
