Red dot that doesn't move is the egg

The red are flat mites that cause slow growth or aborted leaves. Clear ones are broad mites that leave the nubby growth. Two different things. You had broad mites that are harder to see than the red flat/ false spider mites.

I used fertilizer for my boobie cactus and it got really really top heavy, enough to be propagated from the top. I recommend fertilizer to grow thick babies and cuttings

Thanks for the information you shared. I want to order some plants from the US and would like to know about the tax. What percentage of the price will I need to pay? Does it depend on the province, and will it be different for each one? For example, in Quebec, it's 15%. The nursery told me that Canadian customs will contact me for any additional payment. I found that I don't need to fill out any forms for permission to import from the US. Thank you again for informative content.

Foggers work well to get rid of pest. I've use foggers to get rid of house pest and I've always wondered and I thought it must be luck that I don't get plant pest besides mealy bugs in my indoor plants. It's the foggers them pesky boogers away. Foggers don't keep mealy bugs away but those I find to he the easiest to get rid of with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip/brush 🖌️.

I use loose shoelaces to hold my plants up if they get too tall or droop They look cute, and seem to appreciate the support. Mine don't droop if they get proper lite! Thanks! R. J.
