The government needs to take care of all of it. One of the core functions of a government is to ensure the health, safety and well-being of it's citizens. Waste management is imperative in a country that is the 15th most populous on Earth.

Wow! What an enormous job, and superbly done as well! What do you do with all the green waste (leaves, grass, dirt, etc)? I assume you take the other rubbish to a bin. I've been wanting to tell you that some of the rubbish can be recycled like : aluminum cans, bottles, plastic containers. I'm sure there are recycling centers there that will pay for the aluminum and glass. The plastic should be recycled because of it's impact on the environment. If you had the space, the green waste could be turned into compost which you could bag & sell to nurseries and to the general public. I've been thinking you could make extra money, help the community and the environment all at the same time! Take care!🌼🤗🌼
