how does it do with a passenger going up hill?
In my opinion it's good, it's a rather easy to handle bike and the engine, despite not being very powerful, has a sturdy back

@@kurgon1976 the engine doesn't have a lot of horsepower but between 3,000 and 5,000 rpm it pushes very well. Can I ask you what type of motorcycle you usually ride?

@@kurgon1976 I've never driven yours but I had a Z1000 from a few years ago, from what I remember it was more powerful but had less torque so it also depends on preferences and driving style, I personally really like the power delivery of the BMW 1150 boxer

If you pre-load the gear lever by putting light pressure on it before you pull in the clutch you wont get the "clunk" going up the gears. Old boxers need to be ridden with finesse.
You're right, these bikes require a cleaner ride, zero electronics = maximum enjoyment!

Стучит натяжитель цепи , передний .Поставь дополнительную пружину в внутрь штатной до упора в башмак , что бы поршень назад не уходил. Пружинку бере в другую сторону веток, чтобы не закусывала.

In reality this motorbike is the modern re-edition of the 1936 R5, a superbike of the era with which BMW established itself in competitions and as a technical reference for subsequent motorbikes. I like it for this reason, because it is a historic motorbike with modern technology . Then if you want you can customize it to your liking but honestly I wouldn't do it
Objem nádherný, ale bez zvuku a emocí. Motorka se mi vůbec nelíbí.
Premesso che ho la stessa moto, ivi compreso il colore, volevo sapere come mai la guidi sfruttando tanto i giri motore, io su i passi riesco a tenerla bassa di giri ed avere un andatura continua.
Per me non c'è una regola, a volte guido usando il motore a volte no, dipende anche dallo stato d'animo! P.S. complimenti per lo pseudonimo, quando ho letto quel nome mi sono emozionato!

@@BOXER-ReGen I am near Edunburgh in Scotland and took my bike for a camping tour of Scottish Borders, took a while to get used to her after coming from GS Adventures but I am in the groove now man, love it

What a nice road and soothing engine sound, but often you are way too much in the middle of the road which seems kind of dangerous.
You're right, but the road on on the right side was very wet and ruined and in some places you could only pass in the middle. May I ask where are you contacting me from?

You're right the cockpit is hypnotic, in my opinion BMW should re-propose it in a modern key

@@jozefpopic3744 Comrata usata con circa 70 000 km io ho fatto fare frizione a circa 110 000km e a 140 000 cuscinetto cardano poi oviamente freni batteria devo dire che va molto bene anche ora parte al primo colpo e sono sempre tornato a casa. Viaggio sempre in due o quasi.

Ordered a 2023 the TRIPLE BLACK, Akro exhaust, a few Option 719 accessories including the Classic spoked rims. Going to be a great season ahead brother 😎 Thanks for sharing
