My house is an aviary

1 Galah, 2 cockatiels, 1 budgies, 2 Indian Ringneck. Chickens, rooster, and quails. Bird tips, tricks, training and play time. Featuring mostly the very smart Galah Mickey and his best friend Willow the cockatiel. All my birds are free to roam the house during the day with my supervision so it gets very hectic but always loads of fun and laughter. We sometimes post other content too, our life and outings 🥰

Sorry it’s a bit boring but I’m very sick. It’s not fun being so sick when I already have a chronic illness. And tonight I came out in a Covid rash which is sore 😩 so Mickey is getting in to mischief and keeping me happy

Someone once said to me “I don’t train my birds tricks like they are circus animals”. Well actually training is great for their mental stimulation. Oh wow 😮 Mickey is also fully flighted. They certainly can be destructive but I have managed to hide wiring and keyboards etc 😂 and give them lots of their own activities haha

Yes you could dry it more and use it in a forage box or at the bottom of her cage for forage play, sprinkle some treats amongst it for her 🥰 we use dried grass for forage play.
