Me personally I think shotgun is easier than chronos. Shotgun feels secure when landing the ability, cause you're most likely doing the skill check when hitting the opponents block, so you got as much time as your stam lets you. Chronos' focus ability is very prone to getting countered by feints or pds, which makes it risky, it takes some confidence to maintain the offense and keep them from feinting or pding. I'd say chronos is #2 and shotgun #3. (also the shotgun ult doesn't take much to learn, just split two fingers for "a" and "s", and two on the other hand for "up arrow key" and "right arrow key").
