What time was the flight and What time did you land

I’ve only flown SAS one time - it was from LHR to connect with Thai airways in Oslo to Bangkok. I thought it was a bit quirky at the time that tea was free but there was a charge for water 😄 this was around 2015 or 2016 I’m guessing . Certainly nothing wrong with the service . Bit of a budget feeling like our domestic Southwest Airlines.

I believe the 175 and 195 have an 18” width and 32” pitch . Add in the fact there is no middle seat and they’re among the best out there.

I think food is not good, what do you think

I’ll be retiring next year and traveling will be a big part of it. I see you seem to be on Star alliance . Did you just lay out where you wanted to go and use a search engine to book multi city itineraries ? I’m looking to get gold first on Aegean and go from there . Any booking tips ?

I flew with Edelweiss twice in business class LPA-ZRH. The service was fantastic both times. Never had such an amazing service before with any other airline.

I am travelling to sydney from copenhagen too next week is 2 hour transit enough to change the flight in bangkok

This month I'm going from Delhi to Copenhagen by air india.. excited

I flew United airlines, Boeing 777-300ER for the 1st time in March of 2022 from Honolulu to San Francisco, but on UA724 and the flight is good and okay, 4 and a half hours.

How much did you pay to fly United airlines to San Francisco? I am curious, is that round trip and how many hours did you sleep on the plane?

I flew United airlines last March from Houston to Honolulu and my 1st time flying the 23 year old and it's super rare to fly the longest Boeing 777-200 Non ER to Hawaii and the flight is good and okay, 7 and a half hours on a domestic trans pacific flight.

Very nice trip report! Quick question, how full would you say your flight was? I flew this same flight last week and I was very surprised that it was only 50% full, was this the case on your flight too?

Air India is seeing huge changes and improvements. Earlier widespread nepotism and corruption resulted in Air India generating almost no revenue from business class and 1st class. Most of the passengers in these cabins were politically connected, senior government officials or people with connections who booked economy class and travelled in business or first class. After the privatization these cabins are 90% occupied by paying customers. However my sources and data analysis indicate that Air India is loosing about 10% to legacy nepotism and corruption by legacy staff. I expect this to come down significantly as the Air India is focusing on these losses.
