Water jacket most likely your issue. just had to replace mine, head gasket was fine, was getting water out of bottom cylinder also!

You should tell us what each wire is supposed to do. Not everybody has the same color wires as supplied with switch.

I have a 96 tohatsu m50d. Its getting water in the bottom cylinder. Ive only had the motor two weeks. Anyways the motor runs decent but is popping when I stick it to jump on pad. Just one pop and then it gets down to business. No misfires etc. But water on the bottom plug. Im thinking that when the previous owner changed the head gasket he either didnt torque it properly or used aftermarket gaskets that weren't to spec. I changed fuel sources and checked and replaced most gas lines etc. Does this sound like a head gasket issue. Motor doesn't over heat.

Did you do the internal annodes? They look like they need replacing, also did you check the block and head with a straight edge to make sure they are flat?

I watched this video without sound, then tried it. This method worked well. Just a warning to others who are going to try this: use a flathead screwdriver or other tool as the video shows to release the ratchet strap. I’ve used ratchet straps many times over the good part of a decade, but never with something under this much pressure. I used my hand to release the strap and it caused two deep cuts to my thumb and a lot of bleeding. This is entirely my own fault. This method works, so just do it exactly as the video shows to be safe.

Fun story, after buying back my first car from the son of the guy I initially sold it to, I came to find out that these guys were good friends with Stevie Wonder!!, and it looks like they enlisted him to rewire the ignition after the factory key broke off in the barrel. 🤨 seriously though they got one of these boat ignitions then hacked, ground, and twisted the wiring under the dash like they were mad at it, and when they couldn't make the super complex ignition switch work, they put it up on market place

Any suggestions when you try to used in high stop but if I use in low work ! I did send to Repaer 6 moths ago and they replay the carb and it was working find , now I have that problem is the fall and I can’t take to Repaer because is the only one I have I try to see if I can make work ! I wanted to do a thumbs up but also thimbs down. Everyone knows basoc follow the color wiring method. What would have been informative wpuld be fuse amperage and setup location as well as some basic i fo of what solenoid and Magneto points are inconnection to the connection points on the 6/7 point ignition installation. Other than that great filmography and narrative. 😁😁😀😀

What was the part # for the switch?
