Man, the acting is so good in this scene. I love passions, but I know it occasionally had some rough acting. This one though was pure and raw. Also it was the first time Ethan really showed his cards. He always had plausible deniability , but not here. He told her he didn’t know what he’d do without her way too late.

By listening to her first lines here one can tell that her voice and skills were just as damaged 20 something years ago as they are today. It’s all been manufactured for many many years and she just has to live with the insane pressure she’s created for herself by manufacturing an illusion that’s impossible to match in reality. Her first five years of live singing were her real human voice. I Still Believe was the beginning of troubles and also of supernatural vocal creation that’s also beautiful work but not real in terms of human live possibilities. I wish she just gave us her best of what’s real sometime. I’m sure it’d still be pretty great if she worked hard at it.

7 years? If that math was true little Ethan would be like 5 if not younger. Theresa was like 17 when she met Ethan. They didn't get together for a year or so. Then she got pregnant and that took almost a year. So that's 2 years right there leaving 5 years left. Little Ethan doesn't look close to being 5 at all. I would say more like 8, 9 or 10. So it'd be 10, 11 or 12 years.
