In this video, I have tried to explain that in Gurgaon, there is a micro market called Golf Course Extension Road, where the second most expensive properties are found. At one time, there was a significant price appreciation here, but eventually, the prices started to seem overhyped to people. However, many big developers have now bought land here, which will drive the prices up again, and this area is set to boom once more.

DLF acquires 29-acre land on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram for Rs 825 crore
Listed real estate developer DLF has acquired 29-acre land on prime Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram having a potential of 7.5 million square feet of development, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The size of the agreement is Rs 825 crore, the company said. “The company, directly or through its affiliates, intends to acquire overall rights and interest in a land parcel measuring 29 acres having estimated development potential of up to 7.5 million square feet. Out of the identified land, an area measuring 25 acres forms part of the mortgaged land.
2. Oberoi Realty in talks to acquire 50-acre land in Gurgaon Mumbai-headquartered Oberoi Realty is set to enter the market in the National Capital Region, and is in the final stages of acquiring a 50-acre land parcel at Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road Extension, three people aware of the deal said.
They didn’t disclose the financial terms. Experts put the value of the land at more than Rs 1,000 crore.
The land is currently in the possession of a financial institution and Oberoi will have to take over the debt to get its possession.

Sir, the affordable project Riddhi Siddhi by Pivotal was constructed way back but it's OC has not been awarded by the authorities. No update on HRERA. Builder keeps on saying that the OC will be received "the next month" for the last 2 years. Kindly share update on this project.
