First, glad you didn't worry about the trolls, darlin'. You look beautiful, so don't even sweat it. Second, you handle yourself extremely well in front of a camera very well. You're very eloquent. Third, it got a little dusty in here listening to your story. Very inspiring, and thank you for sharing it.

@NTJR1 Too be honest im not quite sure if they checked my bag or not for this show. I think they did but since I went through the VIP area the search was pretty easy going. But I always have a slit at the bottom of my purse that I tuck the camera underneath, so when they do look and touch it from underneath they dont see or feel it, since I do have other items in my bag. I just always place it there and im able to sneak it in. Good luck! hope it goes well for ya.

I totally identified with so much of what you said in your video, I've been thru so many of the same things that you have in my years with diabetes. Well done!

@dyaballikl I meant cancer related in regards to having a transplant since they put you on so many immunosuppressants. The only negative id see with a pump is that it malfunctions on ya but other than that I dont see much. Some people get skin irritation but I havent experienced that thankfully.

I'm wondering what these obvious risks are to the pump. I haven't heard of contracting cancer being an issue. I've been on insulin pumps for about 14 years now, and I've had much better control than before. Also, my DOC is Relativiox :D (beetus!)

WOW Out of all the time i have known you I never new you were a diabetic. You are a special person and I knew this from when I first met you. I do not have Diabetes, but 2 of my closest friends have type one, and one has type 2. I make sure they are on top of their game and taking care of themselves always! You are a very dear friend to me and I want you to know you are never alone. My phone rings and my email takes mail besides things to do with gaming! Love you Elisa and stay strong!!
